QUIET TRIM ASSEMBLY
An exemplary trim assembly includes a mounting bracket and a lever pivotably mounted to the mounting bracket. The lever is pivotable between an actuated position and a deactuated position, and is biased toward the deactuated position. A bumper is mounted to the mounting bracket and engages the lever when the lever is in the deactuated position.
Locking system for a secure safe
A locking system for securing, within a rectangular frame aperture of a safe, a hinged door having a perimeter and an external side and an internal side and occupying a first vertical plane, the door being configured for suspension on hinges. The locking system comprises a key axle, a disc, a plate. When the key axle is rotated the disc is caused to rotate and the plate slides horizontally to extend a distal end of the plate towards beyond the door perimeter.
Mesh of cameras communicating with each other to follow a delivery agent within a dwelling
An intelligent door lock system is coupled to a door at a dwelling. A door status device is at the dwelling. The door status device is coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device at the door. The lock device is coupled to the door status device and includes a bolt. An engine, an energy source and a memory are coupled together. A plurality of cameras that communicate with each other and with the lock device.
Aircraft privacy door and door frame assembly
A privacy door assembly for installation in an aircraft relative to a flight deck door of the aircraft includes a door frame having a first post and a second post, where the second post comprises a latch recess. The privacy door comprises a latch positioned on an edge of the privacy door and arranged to engage the latch recess when the privacy door is in a closed position within the door frame. An access door is positioned in the privacy door, where the access door is rotatable from a closed position to an open position in a forward direction. A first mechanical door handle system including a mechanical combination lock is positioned on an aft side of the privacy door and coupled to the latch, and a second mechanical door handle system is positioned on a forward side of the privacy door and coupled to the latch.
Door locking system
A locking system for a door, including a primary locking mechanism and a secondary locking mechanism, in which the primary locking mechanism includes an electrical actuator that causes a first plate and a second plate to be magnetically attracted to one another when actuated such that rotation of a doorknob effects a corresponding rotation of the spindle, and in which the secondary locking mechanism includes a detent that is formed in a knob collar and an aperture that extends through a rotator collar; and a pin that is translatable through the aperture to be disposed in the detent of the knob collar, when the secondary locking mechanism is in an unlocked condition, such that the knob collar and the rotator collar are rotatably fixed to one another.
PANEL FRAME JOINTS, SILLS, AND OTHER ELEMENTS OF FOLDING DOOR SYSTEMS WITH SHOOTBOLT SYSTEM
A fenestration unit configured to support a shootbolt locking system includes a panel including a panel frame with a stile member and a rail member that are attached by a corner joint. The stile and rail members are elongate and extend along a respective linear axis. The stile member is configured to receive and support at least part of the shootbolt locking system. The stile member includes a stile end with a first wall, and the rail member includes a rail end with a second wall. The corner joint includes a first bracket and a second bracket that are attached together. The first bracket is disposed within the stile end. The first wall is disposed between the first and second brackets. The second bracket projects away from the stile member, and the second bracket is received within the rail end and attached to the second wall.
TORQUE-LIMITING SPINDLE
An exemplary torque-limiting spindle includes an input member, an output member, a clutch mechanism, and a bias mechanism. The input member extends along a longitudinal axis, is configured for connection with a handle, and includes a first engagement feature. The output member extends along the longitudinal axis, is configured for connection with a rotatable member of a lockset, and includes a second engagement feature. The clutch mechanism includes the first engagement feature and the second engagement feature. The bias mechanism is engaged with the input member and the output member and exerts a biasing force urging the first engagement feature and the second engagement feature into engagement with one another.
SECURABLE DEADBOLT, HINGE , AND SLIDING ASSEMBLIES
Various disclosed embodiments include a lock assembly. The lock assembly includes a lock bolt. The lock bolt has a lock bolt body and having a bolt security engagement feature formed as part of the lock bolt body. The lock assembly also includes a receiver. The receiver has a receiving area for receiving at least a portion of the lock bolt and the receiver has a receiver security engagement feature formed as part of the receiver. The receiver security engagement feature is complementary to the lock bolt security engagement feature.
DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY
A latch feature for a door is disclosed herein. The latch feature includes an input body that is operable to move linearly between first and second positions relative to the door. The latch feature also includes an output body. The output body is coupled to the input body by a pivot member that is configured to pivot relative to the output body and the input body to allow the output body to move linearly toward the input body from an outboard position to an inboard position as the input body moves from the first position to the second position.
Mounting System, Devices, Methods and Uses Thereof
The present specification discloses systems, devices, and methods provide a mounting system which includes rail and a bracket which is selectively secured to the rail. The bracket is selectively and/or automatically locked to the rail when positioned on the rail, and may be removed from the rail by activating one or more buttons or actuators. The disclosed mounting systems, devices, and methods enable a device to be protected from impact and moisture exposure, enable a device to be securely mounted on a base, and/or enable a device to be quickly secured and removed from a base.
