LOCKING DEVICE FOR OPENING/CLOSING BODY
There is provided a lock device for an opening/closing body that is attached to an opening portion of a fixed body so as to be openable and closable. The lock device includes lock portions, a pair of rods, a manipulation unit, and a link unit The opening/closing body or the fixed body has an installation surface on which the link unit is installed, and the installation surface is provided with a holding portion which holds the link unit. One of the base portion and the holding portion is formed with a bendable elastic engagement piece or pieces, and the base portion is installed on the installation surface as a result of the elastic engagement piece or pieces being engaged with the other of the base portion and the holding portion.
DOUBLE DOOR LATCH AND LOCK ASSEMBLY
A latch and lock assembly for a double door arrangement having a first door and a second door, in use, being pivotally mounted for movement about either a common pivot axis or closely adjacent parallel pivot axis to a door frame. The latch and lock assembly include: a releasably latching mechanism operatively adapted to releasably latch at least one of the first and second doors to the door frame; a releasable connection mechanism operatively adapted to releasably connect the first door to the second door; and an operating system operatively adapted to control both the latching mechanism and the connection mechanism. The operating system includes an electrical drive operable by an electric power source to drive an actuator that operates the releasable latching mechanism, the releasable connection mechanism, or both.

RETRACTABLE LATCH HOOK SHROUD ASSEMBLY
A retractable latch hook shroud assembly includes a base plate, a first post, a second post, a shroud, and a spring biasing mechanism. The first post extends from the base plate in a first direction. The second post extends from the base plate in the first direction, and the second post is spaced away from the first post in a direction orthogonal to the first direction. A shroud has an end wall and a side wall that extends away from the end wall. The side wall defines a latch hook recess. The end wall has a first hole and a second hole. The first hole is configured to slidably receive the first post and the second hole is configured to slidably receive the second post. The spring biasing mechanism is interposed between the base plate and the end wall of the shroud.

Furniture drawer locking device
A device for securing closed a drawer of a dresser, cabinet or desk. The device includes a base that is secured to an interior surface of the frame, which cannot be accessed when the drawer is closed within the drawer opening of the frame, and an extending member. The extending member has a first end portion that attaches releasably to the base, and a second end that extends exteriorly through the drawer opening and between the drawer and the frame. The device is not built into or integral with the drawer or the frame of the dresser, cabinet or desk.

Door locking device of distribution board of air circuit breaker
A door locking device of a distribution board of an air circuit breaker, including a transmission shaft transmitting power for drawing in and out a circuit breaker body, a shaft link rotatably coupled to one end of the transmission shaft, a link rod having one end rotatably coupled to a portion of the shaft link, a cam plate rotatably coupled to the other end of the link rod and pushing or pulling the circuit breaker boy, and a constraint plate installed in a distribution board door, further includes a pressing part protruding from a portion of the link road, and a hook plate rotatably coupled to a side of the cradle and having one end in contact with the pressing part to receive rotational force and the other end restricting or releasing the constraint plate, wherein the hook plate releases the constraint plate in a disconnection position.
Retractable security latch with striker
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a selectively operated safety latch having an active mode and a stowed mode. In an illustrative example, a retractable safety latch may include a tongue element extending in a first plane and a base element extending in a second plane. The tongue element, for example, may include multiple mode selection slots. The base element may include a brace slot. For example, one of the multiple mode selection slots and the brace slot may receive a security pin long a longitudinal axis so that a predetermined mode is selected. In the active mode, the tongue element extends away from the base element to releasably engage a striker element. In the inactive mode, the first plane and the second plane are substantially parallel such that the tongue element is prevented from engaging the striker element. Various embodiments may advantageously provide quick switching security latch operations.
