DOOR BARRICADE WITH SINGLE MOTION EGRESS SYSTEM
An improved door barricade system for use during an emergency situation, having a pivoting locking arm which drops into a floor hole to lock a barricade in place using a single motion egress system to unlock and open a door simultaneously.
LOCK STATUS INDICATORS
An example trim generally includes an escutcheon, an indicator plate, a cam, and a backplate. The indicator plate is movably mounted in the escutcheon, and has a first position in which a first indicium is aligned with an escutcheon window of the escutcheon, and a second position in which a second indicium is aligned with the escutcheon window. The cam is rotatably mounted in the escutcheon for rotation between a first handing orientation and a second handing orientation. The cam is operable to move the indicator plate between the first position and the second position when the cam is in each of the handing orientations. The backplate is coupled to the escutcheon and at least partially encloses the indicator plate within the escutcheon. The cam is operable to rotate between the first handing orientation and the second handing orientation while the backplate remains coupled to the escutcheon.
Latchbolt damping module
An exemplary damper module is configured for use with a latchbolt assembly, and generally includes a mounting bracket, a first slowing mechanism, and a second slowing mechanism. The latchbolt assembly generally includes a drive member, a latchbolt, and a retractor connected between the drive member and the latchbolt. Each of the slowing mechanisms is independently operable to slow the extension speed of the latchbolt. The first slowing mechanism includes a rack gear and a rotary damper including a pinion gear. The rack gear is configured to be mounted to the drive member, and the rotary damper is mounted to the mounting bracket. The second slowing mechanism includes a slowing arm and a biasing member engaged with the slowing arm. The slowing arm is movably mounted to the mounting bracket and is configured to engage the retractor.

ANIMAL ENCLOSURE AND DOOR ASSEMBLY
An animal enclosure includes a kennel body and a door assembly. The door assembly includes a door frame and a door pivotally attached to the door frame. The door frame is secured to the kennel body at an opening. The door is moveable between an open and a closed position. The door includes a first latch having a first latch bolt engaging the door frame at a first latch location. The door also includes a second latch having a second latch bolt engaging the door frame at a second latch location. The door also includes a third latch having a third latch bolt engaging the door frame at a third latch location. In some embodiments, the first latch bolt extends horizontally toward the door frame, and the second and third latch bolts extend substantially vertically from the door toward the door frame in opposite directions.

Return cartridge for door handles
A handle return assembly removably attachable to an escutcheon. The removably attachable assembly may include a housing to be attached to the escutcheon and a hub rotatably disposed within the housing for operably connecting an operating handle to a drive spindle. A torsion spring may bias the hub toward an initial position. At least one stopper plate may interact with the cartridge housing for limiting rotational motion of the hub relative to the housing. Selectively positioning the stopper plate and the spring relative to the housing provides the assembly with the ability to provide a right-handed operation and a left-handed operation.
LOCK ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING A STORAGE CONTAINER
A lock system for securing a storage container comprises a first lock having a first lock body and a shackle, the first lock having a first locked condition wherein the shackle is locked to the first lock body and a first unlocked condition wherein the shackle is unlocked from the first lock body. The first lock has a first key receptacle for actuating the first lock between the first locked condition and the first unlocked condition. The lock assembly includes a second lock having a second lock body and a cable. The second lock has a second locked condition wherein the cable is locked to the second lock body and a second unlocked condition wherein the cable is unlocked from the second lock body. The second lock has a second key receptacle for actuating the second lock between the second locked condition and the second unlocked condition. A key is receivable by both the first key receptacle and the second key receptacle and keyed to lock and unlock both the first lock and the second lock.
