INJECTION MOLDED HOUSING
20170306670 · 2017-10-26 ·

An injection molded housing includes a first piece, a second piece, and a wall defined by the first piece removably joined to the second piece by a joint at abutting surfaces of the first piece and the second piece. A central catch is integrally molded with the first piece, protruding from the wall. A latch is integrally molded with the second piece, and connected to the second piece first and second living hinges. A half-knuckle is integrally molded with the second piece, protruding from the wall. A hinge pin is fixedly attached to the latch. The latch is bendable at the living hinges to align the hinge pin with the half-knuckle. The latch is rotatable about the hinge pin to engage the central catch and selectably prevent the first piece from being disengaged from the second piece.

Hinge for composite materials and process for its manufacture

A hinge is disclosed having at least two groups of layers of fibers arranged on and/or under two opposite edges, respectively, of at least one substrate of a material flexible and compatible for the adhesion with resins for composite materials, so that a central portion of the substrate is not covered by these layers, the substrate and the layers being incorporated in a cured and flexible resin. The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing said hinge.

PIVOT STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A pivot structure assembly including a fixed cover and a hinge module is provided. The hinge module includes a torque element, a first shaft, a second shaft, a first bracket and a second bracket. The torque element is fixed on the fixed cover and has a first and a second axle sleeves, parallely disposed at two opposite sides of the torque element. The first shaft is disposed through the first axle sleeve, and the second shaft is disposed through the second axle sleeve. The first bracket is pivotally disposed on the torque element through the first shaft, and the second bracket pivotally disposed on the torque element through the second shaft. When the first and second brackets rotate relatively to the torque element, the first and second axle sleeves respectively provide different friction forces to the first and second shafts. In addition, an electronic device is also mentioned.

Refrigerator and lower hinge module

A refrigerator, with respect to the refrigerator having a plurality of doors to open/close a storage compartment, capable of adjusting the height of the plurality of doors as to adjust the height difference that occurs between the plurality of doors. A lower hinge module of the refrigerator includes a hinge shaft being inserted into a lower portion of the door, a worm wheel coupled to the hinge shaft so as to be ascended/descended while supporting the weight of the door, and a worm engaged with the worm wheel to rotate the worm wheel.

Washing machine and method of manufacturing door thereof

A washing machine having a door with an improved structure may include a cabinet, a laundry port, a tub that is disposed in the cabinet, a drum that is disposed in the tub, and a door that opens and closes the laundry port. The door may include a door cover placed at an outer side of the door when the door closes the laundry port, and a decoration member coupled to the door cover so that at least a portion of the decoration member is projected onto the door cover. The door having the improved structure may be manufactured without the necessity of performing post-processing and a molding cost may be reduced.
