Negator spring tool for paratroop door
In an example, a negator spring tool for winding a negator spring output drum around a rotational axis includes: a pair of tool handles; and a tool disk having an outer edge which is generally circular except for a cutout forming a portion of the outer edge as a cutout edge portion of the outer edge. The tool disk is configured to be releasably attached to the output drum. The tool disk has a drum-facing side which includes protruding teeth protruding from the drum-facing side to engage radial spokes of the output drum when they are pushed into the output drum and the tool disk is rotated in either circumferential direction around the rotational axis. The outer edge of the tool disk includes handle slots which are spaced circumferentially. The distal end of each tool handle is insertable into a handle slot to rotate the tool disk around the rotational axis.
Bi-fold door latch assembly
A latch assembly connected to the drive unit of a bi-fold door for retaining the bi-fold door secure to a building has elongated straps attached to rotatable latch drums mounted on the outer ends of the drive shaft of the drive unit. Lift drums powered by a motor driven gearbox raise and lower the bi-fold door. Latch assemblies having springs attached to the straps maintain tension on the straps during the opening and closing of the bi-fold door.
COOKING APPLIANCE WITH DOOR COUNTERWEIGHT
A cooking appliance includes a housing incorporating a cooking chamber accessible via a chamber opening, and a door mounted adjacent the chamber opening and movable between a closed position and an open position relative to the chamber opening. A cam arm is connected to the door and extends within the housing, wherein the cam arm moves with the door. A counterweight is disposed within the housing and external of the cooking chamber, the counterweight mounted for movement along a set path. A portion of the cam arm is configured to movably interact with the counterweight such that the counterweight is raised when the door moves from the closed position to the open position.
DOOR/WINDOW PULLEY, PULLEY DEVICE, AND DOOR/WINDOW
The present disclosure relates to a field of door/window hardware accessories, in particular to a door/window pulley, a pulley device, and a door/window. The present disclosure provides a bearing and an anti-deformation metal ring that can be in contact with a track, the anti-deformation metal ring uses its own rigidity to effectively avoid generating indentation, and the door/window pulley is also difficult to be pressed to cause deformation. Moreover, an inner part of an injection molded body is disposed between the bearing and the anti-deformation metal ring, which not only well transfers pressure bore by the anti-deformation metal ring when load-bearing to the bearing, but also restores the anti-deformation metal ring after slight deformation by giving an outward elastic support to the anti-deformation metal ring using elasticity of the injection molded body.
Barn door hardware conversion system
A barn door hardware conversion system that allows for an existing hinge mounted door to be converted to a barn door style sliding door. The hardware system primarily mounts to the existing frame components of the door opening, eliminating the need to secure components to the existing wall surface above the door opening.
Double Translating Plug-Type Passenger Entry Door
The present disclosure provides an aircraft door system including an aircraft door configured to translate from a closed position to an open position. The aircraft door system further includes a plurality of door pressure stops positioned along a length of the aircraft door and a handle coupled to the aircraft door. A rotation of the handle causes a first translation of the aircraft door in an inward direction and a forward direction. The aircraft door system further includes a hinge system coupled to the aircraft door. An outward force applied to the aircraft door causes a second translation of the aircraft door in an outward direction and a forward direction. The hinge system causes the aircraft door to translate such that the aircraft door remains parallel to the aircraft fuselage throughout an entirety of the second translation until the aircraft door reaches the open position.
Inverted constant force window balance
An inverted constant force window balance system includes a carrier assembly and a mounting bracket. The carrier assembly includes a housing, a coil spring disposed within the housing, and a shoe assembly coupled to the housing. The shoe assembly is configured to receive a pivot bar from a window sash and extend at least one brake upon rotation of the pivot bar. The mounting bracket is releasably coupled to the housing opposite the shoe assembly and is coupled to the free end of the coil spring. At least a portion of the mounting bracket is configured to slideably move in relation to the free end of the coil spring between at least two positions. When at least a portion of the mounting bracket moves between the at least two positions, the mounting bracket disengages from the housing and releases the mounting bracket from the carrier assembly.
Semi-invisible combination for sliding doors which allows the unhindered passage
A semi-invisible combination of thermal insulating profiles of the lower part of sliding doors and windows which allows the unhindered passage of people and objects above the semi-invisible combination. The interior and exterior floor has co-planarity and uniformity while the invention permits unhindered passage of people and objects, is accessible by people with walking disabilities, has narrow width grooves, has a classy profile design, has high levels of waterproofing for the non-visible parts as well as high waterproofing against normal weather conditions.
Gate roller with tapered side walls and related methods
A roller facilitates movement of a gate or similar barrier between a first and second position. The barrier fits at least generally within a channel formed at the periphery of the roller, and the channel is shaped to reduce the contact area and resulting friction that can otherwise occur between the confronting surfaces of the channel and the barrier.
