The present disclosure includes a retrofitted door brake cam. The retrofitted door brake cam may, in various embodiments, comprise a hub comprising a cylindrical central axle, a plurality of projections extending radially away from an outer circumference of the central axle, and/or a cam comprising a plurality of pins that hold the projections away from a channel wall of a brake housing. The pins may be configured to break away from the cam to release the projections into contact with the channel wall, and the pins may be fitted with a cover, such that the pins are capable of withstanding abrasion and wear. The cover may comprise a cylinder having an axially running aperture, and/or a beveled edge that shaves a layer of the outer surface from one of the plurality of pins as it is fitted over the pin.

Spindle drive

The disclosure relates to a spindle drive for a tailgate of a vehicle which can be adjusted between two drive end positions, in particular between a retracted position and an extended position, two drive connections being provided for diverting drive movements and a drive train between the drive connections, the drive train comprising a motor unit and a drive worm gear downstream of the motor unit in drive terms, the drive worm gear having a spindle with an external spindle drive and a spindle nut with an internal spindle nut thread which is in screw engagement with the external spindle thread, a brake assembly being provided for braking at least a part of the drive train of the spindle drive. The brake assembly can be adjustable in relation to its braking action and that the brake assembly is coupled for adjustment thereof with a component of the drive train.

Spindle drive

The disclosure relates to a spindle drive for a tailgate of a vehicle which can be adjusted between two drive end positions, in particular between a retracted position and an extended position, two drive connections being provided for diverting drive movements and a drive train between the drive connections, the drive train comprising a motor unit and a drive worm gear downstream of the motor unit in drive terms, the drive worm gear having a spindle with an external spindle drive and a spindle nut with an internal spindle nut thread which is in screw engagement with the external spindle thread, a brake assembly being provided for braking at least a part of the drive train of the spindle drive. The brake assembly can be adjustable in relation to its braking action and that the brake assembly is coupled for adjustment thereof with a component of the drive train.

HINGE

A hinge having a side part which can be fastened to a wall and a hinge part which can be pivoted relative to the side part and to which a door can be fixed, and having a linear damper arranged in the side part with a housing and a piston rod which is pretensioned by a spring in a direction away from the housing.

DAMPER

A damper for fittings for furniture or household appliances has a housing in which a piston connected to a piston rod is guided in a linearly displaceable manner, the piston dividing an interior space in the housing into two chambers, wherein at least one flow channel is formed on or in the piston, which flow channel connects the two chambers to one another, wherein a throttle element is provided, which, in a damping position, keeps the cross-section of the at least one flow channel small when the piston moves in a first direction in order to generate high damping forces, and when the piston moves in the second direction opposite to the first direction, increases the cross-section of the at least one flow channel for reducing the damping forces by a movement of the throttle element.

Door glass assembly configured to reduce impact noise during upward/downward movement of a door glass

A door glass assembly is configured to reduce an impact noise generated when a door glass is moved upward/downward and may include a carrier plate coupled to a glass holder to which a door glass of a vehicle is secured. The carrier plate is installed inside a door of the vehicle so as to be movable upward/downward. A module plate, on which the carrier plate is installed so as to be movable upward/downward, is installed inside the door of the vehicle. A driving motor is provided to move the carrier plate upward/downward. The module plate and the carrier plate are provided with an impact noise preventing means for gradually decelerating and stopping the carrier plate when the door glass is being maximally moved upward or downward.
