A double-doored lid apparatus includes: a box body; first and second doors; an opening/closing mechanism that opens and closes the first and second doors in conjunction with each other; a locking mechanism that locks the first and second doors in their closed states; an urging member that urges the first and second doors in an opening direction while the doors are locked by the locking mechanism; and a support member that transmits the urging force from the urging member to the first and second doors. The support member includes: a first support portion that supports one end portion of the urging member; and second and third support portions that start to come into contact with the first and second doors, respectively, before the doors reach a predetermined locking position during closing motions thereof, and that support the first and second doors when the doors are locked by the locking mechanism.

A deck system includes a baluster actuator device that moves balusters from an open position to a closed position. The movable balusters are positioned in the open position to at least partially open the baluster gaps between the stationary balusters, and the movable balusters are positioned in the closed position to close the baluster gaps between the stationary balusters. The balusters further include one or more functional modules secured to module inserts defined in the balusters.

Mine ventilation door with wings and slidable or pocket personnel door

A personnel access door assembly of an opposing wing of a mine ventilation door. The personnel access door includes a frame including a top portion, a bottom portion, a first post portion and a second post portion, the top frame portion and the bottom frame portion coupled to respective top and bottom ends of the first post and second post portions. The personnel access door further includes sets of trolley wheels affixed to the top or bottom of the frame to engage a top rail or bottom rail affixed on the opposing wing.

Control system for window shutter

A control system for a shutter is disclosed. The shutter includes a force-bearing mechanism and a plurality of slats. The control system includes a power source, a driving device connected to the power source to output a first driving force, which drives the force-bearing mechanism to rotate the slats, and a clutch mechanism, which includes an input member and an output member which are drivable to be connected together for synchronous operation, or to be mutually disconnected for independent operation. When the driving device outputs the first driving force, the input member is engaged with the output member, and the first driving force can be transmitted to the force-bearing mechanism through the clutch mechanism to rotate the slats. When the driving device stops, the input member is disengaged from the output member, and the slats and the force-bearing mechanism are rotatable relative to the driving device.

Methods and apparatus to wirelessly interlock doors

Methods and apparatus to wirelessly interlock doors are disclosed. A door system includes a user interface to receive interlock configuration data input from a user, the interlock configuration data to define an interlock condition to be satisfied before a first door is to undergo an operation, the interlock condition associated with a current state of a second door. The door system includes a first wireless transceiver to receive a signal from a second wireless transceiver associated with a second door. The method includes a door operation controller to at least one of (1) implement the operation of the first door in response to a request when the current state of the second door satisfies the interlock condition, (2) ignore the request, or (3) not execute the operation of the first door in response to the request when the current state of the second door does not satisfy the interlock condition.

Oven appliance with dual opening and closing doors

An oven appliance includes a cabinet that defines a chamber. A pair of doors is rotatably mounted to provide selective access to the chamber of the cabinet. The pair of doors is connected with a linkage assembly such that the doors rotate open and closed simultaneously. The linkage assembly includes a spur gear that engages another gear of the linkage assembly. The spur gear can hinder unwanted rotation of the pair of doors or compress the pair of doors against a seal.
