New techniques for stowing and rapidly shipping valuables in a retail setting are provided. In some aspects of the invention, a new form of coded shopping bag, configured to covert to a box (a.k.a. a BagBox) for on-location holding and/or shipping is provided. Systems and methods for BagBox conversion, stowing and/or shipping via specialized kiosks are provided. Billing methods based on the coding and recorded user preferences are also provided.

A securable container for a firearm or other valuable item and a securable mounting system that secures the attachment of the securable container to an external structure, which may be for example an interior surface of a vehicle. The invention may comprise an enclosure, a retractable cover, a firearm retaining mechanism and a firearm extending mechanism. The container may be manually or remotely locked or unlocked. When locked, the interior volume may not be accessed and the securable container may not be detached from the external structure. Geolocation, batter, open/close state and other status information may be communicated to a remote user through a wireless data link. A camera may be activated by opening the container, whereupon video data may be transmitted to a remote monitor. When opened, a firearm is automatically extended out of the container, presenting it for use. A key fob may allow user access.

A device designed to validate and transport paper currency in a protected fashion. While being transported, the device monitors for tampering or break-in attempts and subsequently generates warning notifications, or sounds an alarm depending on configuration and the type of tampering detected. The transport case provides end-to-end cash accountability from a location where a bill is inserted into the case, to the bank or cash destination, where the transport case is delivered. Additionally, a docking station accessory is described in which the transport case can be securely fixed while at a point of sale.

Provided are embodiments of a climate controlled safe system. The climate controlled safe system includes a safe body, a safe door pivotly coupled to the safe body, an insert removably coupled to the safe body, and wherein the insert further includes an insert body, an insert door pivotly coupled to the insert body, and further wherein the insert door includes a removable climate control unit and a removable hygrometer.

Provided are embodiments of a climate controlled safe system. In an embodiment, a carrier bag is provided. The carrier bag includes an outer mesh configured to have a seal. The outer mesh is configured to have a set of holes along an outer surface are of the outer mesh. The carrier bag includes an inner liner configured to be waterproof. The inner liner is within an interior surface area of the outer mesh. The inner liner is configured to be penetrated by hollow nails of an injection mechanism of a carrier box.

The present invention is a mobile safe system (10) comprising a server (100) which manages the currency accounts of users, at least one client device (200) arranged to realize data exchange by means of said server (100). Accordingly, said client device (200) comprises a GPS module (250); said multiple servers (100) are arranged to guide one of pluralities of mobile safe vehicles (300) to the position of a client device (200) and to provide currency transfer to the currency account related to the client device (200) according to the money amount information put to the safe (310) in the mobile safe vehicle (300) from an operator device (340) related to the mobile safe vehicle (300) sent to the client device.

A lock assembly includes a lock body and a U-shaped shackle having a curved portion extending between first and second legs receivable in first and second shackle apertures in an upper portion of the lockbox body. The shackle has a guard wall affixed to an interior surface of the curved portion, the guard wall defining an interior arcuate wall surface extending forward and rearward from a central plane bisecting the shackle. The upper portion of the lock body includes first and second protruding projections at least partially surrounding the first and second shackle apertures and defining first and second upwardly diverging interior surfaces laterally aligned with the curved portion of the shackle. The lock body includes a latching mechanism configured to secure the shackle in a plurality of latched positions to adjust a distance between the first and second upwardly diverging interior surfaces and the curved portion of the shackle. When the shackle is secured around a door handle with the shackle secured in a suitable one of the plurality of latched positions, abutment of the interior arcuate wall surface with a neck portion of the door handle impedes forward and rearward rotation of the lock assembly about a horizontal axis extending through the curved portion of the shackle and abutment of the first and second upwardly diverging interior surfaces with a neck portion of the door handle impedes side-to-side twisting rotation of the lock assembly about a vertical axis extending through the curved portion of the shackle.

The protector includes a box-like metal enclosure formed of first and second parts connected for movement between an open position, wherein a seal associated with the vehicle cargo compartment door handle is accessible, and a closed position, in which the seal is surrounded and cannot be accessed. A light-actuated GPS tracking device associated with the enclosure transmits an alarm signal to a remote server when light is detected due to opening of the enclosure parts. The alarm signal includes information as to the time and location of the vehicle when the enclosure was opened.

An outdoor chaise lounge including a lock-box integrated therein. The chaise lounge may have a photovoltaic device mounted to a portion of a seat member where a user rests his or her head, and the lock-box may be positioned below a foot portion of the seat member. The foot portion of the seat member may be configured to be rotated upwards to enable a user to access the lock-box. In an embodiment, electronic devices may be integrated into a member of the chaise lounge, such as a leg member, frame member, or armrest, and be configured to enable a user to order food, beverages, attendants, or perform other communications with a billing or other system of a venue (e.g., hotel, cruise ship, etc.) via a wireless communication.
