A securable container for a firearm or other valuable item and a securable mounting system that secures the attachment of the securable container to an external structure, which may be for example an interior surface of a vehicle. The invention may comprise an enclosure, a retractable cover, a firearm retaining mechanism and a firearm extending mechanism. The container may be manually or remotely locked or unlocked. When locked, the interior volume may not be accessed and the securable container may not be detached from the external structure. Geolocation, batter, open/close state and other status information may be communicated to a remote user through a wireless data link. A camera may be activated by opening the container, whereupon video data may be transmitted to a remote monitor. When opened, a firearm is automatically extended out of the container, presenting it for use. A key fob may allow user access.

A valet vault is described herein. The valet vault may be constructed with components that result in improved strength and prevent theft. In one example embodiment, the vault may comprise a service side, an attachment side, and four exterior sides, a lockable utility box, a secured storage area being accessible through a door where a hinged end of the door is pivotally connected to a door frame by at least one hinge, and a security plate substantially separating the secured storage area and the lockable utility box. The vault may comprise a catch/latch to stop the door. The vault may comprise an illuminatable sign that does not compromise the security of the secured storage area. The door may comprise reinforcements. The vault may be a podium or be coupled to a wall.

A diamond asset comprising one or more diamonds and an encryption chip is used to asset-back a cryptographic token that can be used to conduct transactions. A user device executes an application programming interface configured to access a blockchain that stores a smart contract associated with the cryptographic token backed by the value of the one or more diamonds. When the user device receives an instruction to perform a transaction related to the cryptographic token, the user device causes the encryption chip to sign the smart contract. In response to determining that the smart contract was signed by the encryption chip, the user device causes the transaction to be performed.

A security system for storing a number of valuables. The system includes a body for holding the number of valuables, a lid coupled to the body and being movable between a closed position corresponding to the number of valuables being stored, and an open position corresponding to the number of valuables being exposed. The system includes a locking mechanism having an unlocked state corresponding to the lid being movable between closed and open positions, and a locked state corresponding to the lid being maintained in the closed position, and an interface apparatus coupled to at least one of the body and the lid. Responsive to a wireless signal from a user input device, the interface apparatus causes the locking mechanism to be moved from the locked state to the unlocked state, allowing the lid to be moved to the open position and the number of valuables to be accessed.

A portable safety container configured also for fixed installation is disclosed having a main body, which, in turn has a covering element and a containment structure. The main body also is selectively coupled with a support body and a lock element. The lock element is configured so that a locking configuration of the covering element with the containment structure corresponds to a first closing state, and an additional locking of the main body with the support body corresponds to a second closing state.

In an embodiment, a carrier bag is provided. The carrier bag includes an outer mesh configured to have a seal. The outer mesh is configured to have a set of holes along an outer surface are of the outer mesh. The carrier bag includes an inner liner configured to be waterproof. The inner liner is within an interior surface area of the outer mesh. The inner liner is configured to be penetrated by hollow nails of an injection mechanism of a carrier box.

An apparatus includes a controller and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the controller to initiate or perform operations including adjusting a lock between a first state and a second state and adjusting a container bar between a locked state and an unlocked state. The lock is configured to, in the first state, secure a cover over an opening of a container body or couple an end of a membrane to a container base.

A long gun storage container. The container includes a housing having a storage compartment and an opening providing access to the compartment. A door is hingedly mounted to the housing and is operable to selectively close the opening. A latch mechanism is provided to selectively lock the door in its closed position and provide multiple axis securement. A control system is provided to allow for electronic unlocking of the latch mechanism.

A portable safe that includes a lower shell defining an internal cavity and having a cable aperture and a cable end aperture defined on the body of the safe. The lower shell is lockably and translatably coupled to the cover and the safe includes a cable-reel assembly with a retractably extendable cable having a free end. The cable is operably configured to extend a cable length sufficient for the free end to at least partially surround the safe body and be received within the cable end aperture. The safe includes a cable locking position along a cover translation path with the cover and lower shell encapsulating the second cavity and with the free end of the cable longitudinally retained by the cover and/or the lower shell. The safe also includes an article loading position to expose the second cavity.
