The housing includes a cover, a side wall, and a rear wall that define an interior space enclosed within the housing. The interior space receives the torque element inside the housing. The cover defines a first aperture, and the rear wall defines a second aperture, the first aperture and the second aperture aligned with a pivot axis of the shaft. The shaft extends through at least the first aperture, the interior space, and the second aperture. The shaft is separate from, and configured to be mounted to, the first component. The housing is separate from, and configured to be mounted to, the second component.

An improved vertical lift door roller assembly has a wheel pivotally mounted to a shaft. The shaft is placed within a spring loaded locking cylinder. The locking cylinder is movable between a first position where it restricts pivoting of the wheel and a second position where the wheel is able to pivot. The door roller assembly is mountable to a support a vertical lift door, such as a bracket or a hinge. The roller wheel can be pivoted to decouple the roller from a vertical lift door wheel track and to reseat the wheel in the track.

In an installation adjustment device for an auto-return arrangement which comprises a support rod with a front stop surface and an adjustable slide which is slideably supported on the support rod so as to be stepwise position-adjustable, the slide is provided with an adjustment surface which extends parallel to the stop surface and the normal vectors pointing to the stop surface and the adjustment surface have the same direction, whereby the adjustment of an auto-return arrangement is facilitated.
