DOOR-READY MOLDING
A door system including a primary door molding attachable to a primary door frame, the primary door molding including a first vertical member and a first hinge member extending from the first vertical member. One of a horizontal member from which the first vertical member downwardly extends and the first vertical member includes a first rotatably engageable element, and the first hinge member includes a second rotatably engageable element vertically spaced from the first rotatably engageable element.
CABINET ENCLOSURE AND CABINET DOOR WITH EXPANSION GAPS AND RELATED METHODS
A cabinet door includes a center panel with a flat member, and rods extending outwardly from first and second sides, and first and second ends. The cabinet door includes first and second stiles extending vertically and respectively receiving the rods extending from the first and second sides of the center panel. The first stile and the first side of the center panel define a first stile expansion gap, and the second stile and the second side of the center panel define a second stile expansion gap. The cabinet door also includes first and second rails extending horizontally and respectively receiving the rods extending from the first and second ends of the center panel. The first rail and the first end of the center panel define a first rail expansion gap, and the second rail and the second end of the center panel defining a second rail expansion gap.
High Security Two-Way Virtual Cross-Barrier Observation and Communication Device
A high security two-way virtual cross-barrier observation and communication device has a mounting frame with a hardened core, a pair of digital displays, and a pair of cameras. The mounting frame may correspond to a typical interior door of a building or a relevant component of a vehicle, aircraft, or other relevant application. The hardened core is bullet-resistant and fire-resistant to protect occupants of a protected space from harm. The digital displays and cameras are positioned on opposing sides of the mounting frame, each camera transmitting a live video feed to the opposing display, creating the appearance of a window while protecting occupants. The digital displays may be used to display any desired information. An emergency protocol may be activated to communicate with emergency services. A plurality of laminate layers bond and encapsulate the displays and cameras to the hardened core, forming a rugged, self-contained unit with no moving parts.
Modular Door
A door, such as a storm door, has modular components for attaching the door to a door frame primary door and for ornamental and functional customization of the storm door and primary door in a convenient manner. A secondary door can be attached to a primary frame of a primary door. At least one anchor mechanism includes a post element attached to the primary frame and an anchor that can be selectively attached to the post element, wherein the anchor includes at least one of and ornamental and a functional element. A secondary door includes a secondary frame, at least one door slab, and at least one hinge coupling the at least one door slab to the secondary frame. A least one hole is formed in the secondary from so that the post element of the anchor mechanism can extend through the at least one hole and the anchor can be attached to the post element to secure the secondary door to the primary frame. The anchor also can be attached to the post when the secondary door is not secured to the primary frame.
Latent heat storage building element
A latent heat storage window includes a plurality of cells, an operation mechanism, and a magnetic material. The plurality of cells are formed by encapsulating a latent heat storage material including two or more components. The operation mechanism can be operated by a user. The magnetic material causes a specific component of the two or more components included in the latent heat storage material to be unevenly distributed when the operation mechanism is operated.
Rotary fitting
A pivot window includes a laminated body capable of rotating in a state where a first plate material is directed outdoors and in a state where a second plate material is directed outdoors. The laminated body uses at least one of solar heat, atmospheric heat, and atmospheric humidity, and provides a humidity control effect to the room in both of the state where the first plate material is directed outdoors and the state where the second plate material is directed outdoors. The laminated body is not limited to the one providing the humidity control effect, but may be the one providing a temperature control effect. The laminated body may use the concentration of a specific gas in the atmosphere such as atmospheric oxygen concentration, atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration, and atmospheric volatile organic compound (VOC) concentration, and may provide a component concentration adjusting effect to the room.
BATTERY SWAP PLATFORM, BATTERY SWAP STATION, AND BATTERY SWAP METHOD
The disclosure provides a battery swap platform, a battery swap station, and a battery swap method. The battery swap platform includes a parking mechanism, an accommodating mechanism, and an opening and closing mechanism. The accommodating mechanism is arranged below a vehicle parked on the parking mechanism and has an opening, and the opening and closing mechanism is arranged on the accommodating mechanism. When the opening and closing mechanism is in an open state, the opening of the accommodating mechanism can be opened. When the opening and closing mechanism is in a closed state, the opening of the accommodating mechanism can be closed, and the opening and closing mechanism and the parking mechanism form a vehicle passage path for allowing the vehicle to enter or leave the parking mechanism. In the battery swap platform provided according to the embodiment of the disclosure, a load-bearing function of the vehicle passage path is designed to be integrated to the opening and closing mechanism, so that the difficulty in load-bearing design of other apparatuses of the battery swap platform can be reduced.
