The hammer also comprises a wear sleeve, coaxially disposed to the backhead and inner cylinder, in which the backhead is coupled to the rear side of the wear sleeve. In both embodiments of the present invention, the inner sleeve has a rear section of less diameter and a front side of larger diameter; both sections joined through a portion of generally increasing diameter.

ALL-METAL DOWNHOLE POWER DRILLING TOOL BASED ON MULTI-STAGE DUAL PLUNGER ECCENTRIC GEAR MECHANISM

This application provides an all-metal downhole power drilling tool based on a multi-stage dual plunger eccentric gear mechanism, which includes a flow distribution shaft, an outer pipe and a multi-stage eccentric gear driving mechanism which are coaxially arranged, the flow distribution shaft is suspended and supported in the outer pipe by the multi-stage eccentric gear driving mechanism. This application provides a novel rotary plunger type power drilling tool hydraulically driven by drilling fluid. The plunger structure is high in processing precision, low in cost and good in plunger type movable sealing effect. A planetary gear train with an eccentric structure is adopted to transmit torque, improving the working efficiency of the power drilling tool. The power drilling tool driven by the multi-stage dual plunger eccentric gear mechanism is of an all-metal structure and can withstand a high temperature environment.

Adjustable split thrust ring

Provided is an adjustable split thrust ring and a drilling system including the same. The adjustable split thrust ring, in one embodiment, includes a downhole split ring including two or more separate downhole pieces, the two or more separate downhole pieces fitting together to form a substantially circular downhole shoulder surrounding a substantially circular driveshaft. The adjustable split thrust ring further includes an uphole split ring positionable proximate the downhole split ring and including two or more separate uphole pieces, the two or more separate uphole pieces fitting together to form a substantially circular uphole shoulder surrounding the substantially circular driveshaft. In this embodiment, the substantially circular downhole shoulder and the substantially circular uphole shoulder are movable relative to one another to adjust to fit a groove in a driveshaft that they are configured to sit.

The invention relates to pumping equipment and can be used in oil industry as part of submersible electric centrifugal pump units. Device for prevention of turbine rotation consists of interconnected head and base, inside of which two shafts are installed on bearing supports—upper and lower ones, connected to each other through a cam clutch with the possibility of free running in the circumferential direction. The overrunning clutch is installed in the head, providing torque transmission in the forward direction from the lower shaft to the upper one and preventing reverse rotation of the upper shaft. The overrunning clutch is connected with the upper shaft via a coupling clutch, movable part of which is mounted on the upper shaft with possibility of axial movement, and stationary part is rigidly connected to the overrunning clutch. Coupling of the coupling clutch is provided by a spring, and disconnection is provided by a pusher mounted on the upper shaft with possibility of axial movement, and on one side the pusher is connected to the movable part of the coupling clutch and on the other side—with a bush sleeve having an inclined end surface rigidly installed on the lower shaft. The technical result is to increase reliability and safety of Electric Centrifugal Pumping Unit due to use of the apparatus for preventing rotation of the turbine.

An output shaft of the power head is connected to an input shaft of the reduction gear box, and an output shaft of the reduction gear box is provided with a central hole, which is in communication with a water inlet hole of the water supply connector. An output shaft of the reduction gear box is connected to the emergency jettison device, and the temperature and pressure-retaining device can perform temperature and pressure-retaining storage of the core drilled by the drilling tool.

Sealing system for downhole tool

A bearing assembly having independently rotatable concentric inner and outer tubes. A bearing chamber containing multiple bearings is disposed between the tubes, allowing thrust but not rotation to be transferred between them. The bearing chamber is sealed from the inside of the inner tube. To prevent high pressure fluid from leaking from the inner tube to an exterior of the tool through the bearing chamber, damaging components, a flow path is formed. An annular piston responds to high pressure within the bearing chamber and the inner tube, opening a flow path from the inner tube to the environment.
