ADJUSTABLE RELEASE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
An adjustable release pressure relief valve including a housing having an inlet and a relief outlet connected by a fluid flow passageway, the inlet fluidly connectible to a work string. A head is sealingly disposed within the passageway between the inlet and relief outlet closing the fluid flow passageway between the inlet and relief outlet. An elongate buckling rod supports the head and is bucklable at a predetermined load thereby permitting sliding of the head from between the inlet and a relief outlet and opening the fluid flow passageway. A lateral support projection is extendable within the housing to buttress the buckling rod along the longitudinal length of the buckling rod thereby increasing the load at which the buckling rod is collapsible.
Valve device and method
A valve device having a valve with first connection elements for mounting the valve in a port of a wellhead, a spool unit having a through-channel, second connection elements arranged in the through-channel, and a flange, the flange configured for sealingly mounting the spool unit to the wellhead, aligning the through-channel with the port, and a plug comprising third connection elements configured for sealingly and removably engaging the second connection elements and attach the plug in the through-channel. A method for removing, replacing or arranging a valve located in a port of a wellhead is also provided.

Back pressure valve
A system includes a back pressure valve configured to mount in a mineral extraction system. The back pressure valve comprises a cylindrical body comprising a venting port coaxial with a longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body and a plunger disposed in the venting port, wherein the plunger comprises a stem that extends from the venting port into an adjacent cavity of the cylindrical body. A method of operating a valve, includes biasing a plunger to an open position, biasing a valve locking mechanism to a locked position in relation to a bore of a mineral extraction system, and biasing a plunger to a closed position.

Magnetic holding brake and actuator with a magnetic holding brake
A magnetic holding brake (1) having at least one turning brake member (4) allocatable to a rotatable part (2) of an actuator (3) and a fixed brake member (6) allocatable to a torque-proof part (5) of the actuator (3). The turning brake member (4) and the fixed brake member (6) each at least have one permanent magnet (7, 8) of different polarity. The permanent magnets are lying opposite to each other in a pre-defined relative position of the turning brake member (4) and the fixed brake member (6) under exertion of a braking or holding torque. In this manner, the possibility exists that a holding in the so-called “fail as is”-mode is more easily and reliably and at the same time cost-efficiently achievable without wear or further energy demand.

Plug valve with adjustable actuation actuation phases for controlling flow rate by means of plug axial movement
A plug valve with adjustable actuation phases for controlling a flow rate by means of plug axial movement includes a power disk, a bearing, an inner spline, an outer spline, a valve stem, a pushing ring, a pushing fork, a plug body and a valve body. The plug body, the valve stem, the pushing ring and the outer spline are integrally formed, and are in spline connection with the power disk and the inner spline. The plug body has a special-shaped through hole in which a left portion thereof is narrow and a right portion thereof is wide. The valve body has a radial valve through hole, and the valve through hole corresponds to the plug special-shaped through hole provided at the same axial position segment, so that an actuating member for controlling actuation of a passageway is formed.
Connector assembly for connecting a hose to a tubular
A connector assembly for connecting a hose to a tubular element. The connector assembly includes a housing, a hose connector, and a latch. The housing encloses a main passage which is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the housing and which has a side passage extending through the housing from an exterior of the housing into the main passage. The side passage extends through a connector tube mounted on an exterior of the housing. A hose connector is secured to an end of the hose and engages with the connector tube to connect the hose to the tubular element. The hose connector comprises a pipe portion which mates with the connector tube to connect an interior of the hose to the side passage. The latch urges the connector tube and the pipe portion into engagement and prevents a separation thereof.
