The invention discloses a retrievable sand consolidation anchor head prestressed anchor rod, an anchoring jack and an application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. The retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor includes a bolt body 6, a rigid frame 5, a load member 1, a sand column 2, a pressure receiving member 4, a cut-off member 3, and an anchor pier 8. The anchoring jack includes a force transmitting frame 12, a first guiding plate 25, a second guiding plate 28, and a housing 13. The application method includes an anchoring method using the retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head prestressed anchor rod and a method of recovering the retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor rod. After the anchoring of the reclaimed sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor rod, the bolt body can be recovered and reused, and the operation is simpler and more environmentally friendly.

Extensible reaming self-anchoring anchor rod and supporting method thereof
Provided is a mounting method for an extensible reaming self-anchoring anchor rod, which is especially applicable to roadway construction in coal mines. A big helical structure is arranged on two rod sections of a sectional type anchor rod, a simple drill bit drills and reams a bore and cuts the coal mass in one operation, the outer diameter of the simple drill bit is smaller than the outer diameter of the big helical rod body, and the big helical structure accomplishes secondary reaming, self-drilling and self-anchoring in the drilling process; the big helical structure inhibits propagation and development of sheet cracks of the coal wall in the radial direction, and is embedded in the coal mass through a self-stabilization process of the rock mass.
A ROCK BOLT
The invention relates to a sleeveless energy absorbing rock bolt. A first end of the rock bolt is configured to facilitate the mixing of an anchoring composition and/or anchoring the rock bolt in the rock. The rock bolt comprises manganese alloyed steel, and exhibits, post the yield point thereof, under static load conditions, an increase in load capacity and an increasing displacement until the break or fail point of the rock bolt is reached.
Rock Bolt
A rock bolt (10) to be received in a drilled hole comprising a threaded shaft (12) and a sleeve (14) into which the shaft (12) is received. A plurality of openings (38) are provided along the length of the sleeve (14) and clamping assemblies (16) each having clamp members (36) are provided adjacent each opening (38). Wedge members (26) are located adjacent each of the clamp members (36) and the wedge members (26) each include a threaded bore for receiving the shaft (12) such that rotation of the shaft (12) moves the wedge members (26) into engagement with the clamp members (36) to move the clamp members (36) outwardly through the openings (38) to engage with an inner surface of the hole.
Reaming and Self-Rotating Anchor Rod and Using Method Thereof
The present invention provides a reaming and self-rotating anchor rod and a construction method using the reaming and self-rotating anchor rod, which are applicable to supporting for quick tunneling of coal roadways. The reaming and self-rotating anchor rod comprises a rod body, a drill bit, a connecting member, a tray and a nut; one end the connecting member is snap-fixed to the tail part of the rod body, the other end of the connecting member is connected to an anchor rod bolter, the rod body has an annular protrusion at its middle part to block powder so that the powder fills up the clearance between the rod body and the coal mass; the drill bit has female threads and can be screwed into the front part of the rod body, and the drill bit has baffle pawls and spiral grooves on its side surface; a hole in length smaller than the length of the anchor rod is drilled out with an anchor rod bolter first, and then the anchor rod is connected to the anchor rod bolter, the drill bit on the front part of the anchor rod is placed in the preformed hole, and finally the anchor rod is driven to ream and rotate into the coal mass, so as to accomplish the construction with the reaming and self-rotating anchor rod; the reaming and self-rotating anchor rod can shorten supporting time and avoid an abandoned borehole phenomenon incurred by hole collapse or blockage, and anchoring failure, etc., and the anchor rod is simple to manufacture, low in cost, and simple and convenient to operate. Therefore, the anchor rod and the method of using it can be widely applied and can meet the requirement for quick tunneling of coal roadways.
