A harvesting device includes a support defining an uprooting position of the harvesting device, and an uprooting section comprising at least two uprooting units, each uprooting unit having at least one uprooting element, each uprooting unit being adapted to uproot root crop. At least one of the uprooting units is mobile with respect to the support between an active position and an inactive position, the active position being a position in which the uprooting unit is able to uproot beet crop in a field having a field surface when the harvesting device is in the uprooting position, the inactive position being a position in which the uprooting unit is unable to uproot beet crop in the field when the harvesting device is in the uprooting position.

DEVICE FOR HARVESTING ROOT FRUITS AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
A device for harvesting root fruits located in the ground is provided that may include a support frame, a pair of uprooting shares mounted on the support frame, which are designed to convey root fruits located in the ground out of the ground. The pair of uprooting shares defines a central plane (M-M) and is movably mounted on the support frame in a transverse direction (QR). The harvesting device has a guide device, which is designed to detect the position of a root fruit located in the ground and to be harvested and to guide the pair of uprooting shares in the transverse direction (QR) with respect to the root fruit to be harvested in the direction of a centered position.

This determining apparatus (62) for determining a datum during the harvesting of fruit (4), for example, sugar beets, comprises a fruit flow apparatus (50) for the treatment of a flow (52) of harvested fruit, a sensor device (64) for detecting a raw datum of the flow, a determining device (66) connected to the sensor device for determining a datum of the flow based on the raw datum. The datum is a quality datum or a yield datum of the flow. The determining apparatus is designed to output a signal, which corresponds to the quality datum or the yield datum. The quality datum or the yield datum reflects an item of information about a net yield of the harvested fruit.

This determining apparatus (62) for determining a datum during the harvesting of fruit (4), for example, sugar beets, comprises a fruit flow apparatus (50) for the treatment of a flow (52) of harvested fruit, a sensor device (64) for detecting a raw datum of the flow, a determining device (66) connected to the sensor device for determining a datum of the flow based on the raw datum. Piler Conveyor System
A piler conveyor system for screening debris such as tare dirt from materials such as beets as the materials are conveyed across a piler. The piler conveyor system generally includes a frame supporting an upper conveyor and a pair of lower conveyors. The upper conveyor is adapted to receive materials such as beets. As the materials are conveyed by the upper conveyor, debris such as tare dirt or the like will fall through screening openings in the upper conveyor and onto the lower conveyor. The lower conveyor may then dispense the debris through a debris opening. The materials will drop off the end of the upper conveyor and fall onto the second lower conveyor, which will convey the screened materials to be dispensed.
PLASTIC NETTING IN THE FORM OF RASCHEL NETTING FOR THE CULTIVATION AND HARVEST OF ONIONS
A plastic netting in the form of a raschel netting (2) for the cultivation and harvest of onions. The plastic netting has a plurality of pillar stitches (1) extending mutually in parallel in the longitudinal direction. The plastic netting has a plurality of pillar stitches (1) extending mutually in parallel in the longitudinal direction. These pillar stitches are transversely interlinked by traversing weft threads (4). Each pillar stitch (1) being formed by at least two threads (2, 3).
