The biomass burner is configured to receive biomass from a biomass source, combust the biomass to produce heat and ash, receive a thermal transfer fluid, and heat the thermal transfer fluid using the heat produced from the combustion of the biomass. The first heat exchanger is configured to heat the wastewater to produce steam. The first heat exchanger includes a first inlet, a second inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet, and a third outlet. The first inlet is configured to receive the wastewater from the wastewater source. The second inlet is configured to receive the thermal transfer fluid from the biomass burner. The first outlet is configured to discharge the steam. The second outlet is configured to discharge the thermal transfer fluid.
Binary cycle power system
The application relates to a binary cycle power system for generating electrical power. The system comprises a heat exchanger for evaporating a first fluid, a turbine converter, an electrical generator, and a first condenser for condensing the evaporated first fluid. The turbine converter converts energy of the evaporated first fluid to mechanical energy and the electrical generator generates the electrical power from the mechanical energy. The heat exchanger is a second conderser, which is a part of a heat pump that transfers heat from a second fluid circulating in the heat pump to the first fluid so that the first fluid evaporates.
Steam accumulator comprising a latent heat accumulator and a steam thermocompressor
The present invention relates to a method for decoupling the provision of electricity and high-pressure steam of a combined heat and power plant which has the primary purpose of providing process steam, i.e. which is heat-led.

Thermal to mechanical energy conversion method using a rankine cycle equipped with a heat pump
The invention relates to a thermal to energy conversion method and system using a Rankine cycle equipped with a heat pump, wherein heat pump (2) is integrated in the Rankine cycle.
Thermal power plant with heat recovery
In an energy conversion method and a thermal power plant for converting heat into mechanical or electric energy using a working medium, a vapor state in the working medium is generated at a first pressure in a steam generator. The vaporized working medium is expanded to a lower second pressure in a steam expanding device. An energy obtained by the expansion process is discharged. The expansion of the steam state is carried out using a saturation line of the working medium. The working medium is thereby separated into a non-condensed portion and a condensed portion in a separating device. The non-condensed portion is then compressed into a compressed non-condensed portion in a compressor. The compressed non-condensed portion is cooled and condensed into a compressed condensed portion. The compressed condensed portion and the initially condensed portion are then heated, and both portions are returned to the steam generator together.
Process and Steam Generating Device for Generating Process Steam
A method for generating process steam using condensate recycled in the form of feed water is described and illustrated. In order to be able to achieve a higher efficiency with the method, it is proposed that the process steam is delivered to a consumer device (V) to form a condensate by at least partial condensation of the process steam, that the condensate from the consumer device (V) is fed to a feed water treatment for treatment, that feed water from the feed water treatment is separated into a steam phase and a liquid phase in a flash tank, that the liquid phase of the feed water is evaporated in an evaporator to form a raw steam, and that the steam phase of the feed water and the raw steam are compressed in at least one compressor to form process steam.
Systems and methods for water reclamation
A system reclaiming contaminated water includes a heat exchanger that receives the contaminated water and converts at least a portion of the contaminated water into steam and collects at least a portion of the contaminants within the heat exchanger. A thermal transfer fluid is heated by a heat exchanger is communication with a heat source. The heated fluid is circulated through the heat exchanger to heat the contaminated water. A steam engine is coupled to a generator, the steam engine receives the steam from the heat exchanger to drive the generator to provide power for the system. Steam exhausted from the steam engine is supplied to supplemental heat loads and then condensed in a modular condensing system. The collected contaminants are directed to an evaporation device to remove residual liquid.
