CONTAINER AND DISPENSER FOR BARRETTES AND ACCESSORIES
A storage container and dispenser provides specialized compartments for barrettes, hairbands, hairbeads, and other hair cosmetology accessories. An upper compartment provides a hairband bar and contains a port which passes downwardly into a hairbeads receptacle. The hairbeads receptacle has a pocketed sidewall door which swings outwardly and enables withdrawal of the hairbeads without spilling them from the container. Other drawers and compartments for various accessories are provided.
Hair tapestry weaving tool
A weaving tool has a first part and a second part, in which a first end of the first part is connected to a first end of the second part by a hinge. The first part has a first comb portion with first teeth extending away from the hinge, and the second part comprises a second comb portion with second teeth extending away from the hinge. The first part and the second part are movable about an axis of the hinge between a first position in which the first comb portion and the second comb portion are substantially parallel, and a second position in which the first comb portion and the second comb portion are displaced from one another about the axis.
Hairclip incorporated into headgear
A device including a headband implement having a fabric with an outer surface and an inner surface, a hairclip implement configured to be operable for engagement with the headband implement, a base section of the hairclip implement configured to be encased between the outer surface and an inner surface of the headband implement, a plurality of prongs configured to slide into a hair of a user, and a tab implement operable for securing a hairclip implement to an internal surface of the headband implement.
GEM APPLICATOR ASSEMBLY
A gem applicator assembly including a dispenser supporting a plurality of gems and an applicator. Each gem has an adhesive backing. The applicator includes a body with a support assembly supported by the body and configured to receive and support the dispenser with one of the gems alignable with an application target area. A plunger is supported relative to the body and movable relative thereto between an initial position and an application position wherein the push rod engages the aligned gem and pushes the gem such that the adhesive backing of an aligned gem moves toward the application target area. The gem dispenser may include a disk configuration with a plurality of spaced apart gem openings extending through the disk. Each gem is aligned with a respective gem opening.
HairBandit
The HairBandit is a hairband that securely holds medium to long length hair. Currently, bonnets that cover the entire head, and tight hair ties are the main option to achieve such goals. Hair is consequently broken, stripped from scalp, and thinned out with tight ponytails. The HairBandit can be utilized in a hospital setting, food service industry, sports, fitness, outdoor realms, with potential to expand.
Hairstyle enhancing accessory
A hair enhancing accessory is used during formation of a hairstyle such as a ponytail or a bun. The hair enhancing has a base rim which is placed next to or near the head and a body which adds volume to a chosen hairstyle, allowing hair to be positioned around the body. The body is separated into a lower body section and an upper body section. The lower body section and upper body section can combine to form a cylindrical lateral surface, a tapered lateral surface, or even two oppositely tapered surfaces that meet at a midsection. Potentially, a secondary lip can be incorporated adjacent to the upper body section. A hair retaining addition such as a hair band is used to secure hair around the body, and is prevented from sliding by the base rim, the secondary rim, the tapered body sections, or a combination thereof.
HAIR BRAIDING KIT
A hair braiding kit. The hair braiding kit includes a base mat and at least a first hair attachment. The base mat includes an upper surface, a lower surface and an outer edge. The first hair attachment includes a first support protruding from the upper surface of the base mat. The first hair attachment further includes a plurality of strands each having a first end, a second end and a unique identifier. The first end of each of the strands is attached to the first support.
Headgear for use in Bharatnatyam
A Bharatnatyam headgear comprising a wearable hair net, the hair net being pliable and expandable to be worn over a dancer's head and covering the head, the wearable hair net matching a color of the dancer's hair. A circular piece is affixed to the hair net. The circular piece is capable of being positioned in a middle of a forehead at a forward end of the hair partition of the dancer. A forehead piece is affixed to the hair net, the forehead piece extending in a horizontal direction capable of being positioned to coincide with a hairline in a left and right direction and extending at least beyond eyebrows of the dancer. A vertical piece is affixed to the hair net, the vertical piece being attached to the circular piece and extending across a middle of the head to cover the hair partition.
Hair accessory and method of styling hair
A hair accessory for receiving and retaining a bundle of hair, a method of making such a hair accessory, and methods of styling hair and instructing others to style hair using such a hair accessory are provided. The hair accessory comprises a thin, resilient, continuously formed, ductile metallic member. The continuously formed ductile metallic member is covered by at least one thin sheet-like backing member. The ductile metallic member and the one or more backing members form an opening for receiving and retaining a bundle of hair.
HAIR TIE HOLDER DEVICE
Devices for holding one or more flexible or elastic loops or bands, in particular hair ties, are disclosed herein. Such devices can include first and second portions having one or more protruding features around which one or more loops or bands can be secured in place. The first and second portions can be movably attached so as to move between an open position for placement of the one or more loops thereon, and a closed position to secure the one or more loops drawn taut or in a folded configuration. The device can be secured in the closed position with a fastener to maintain the one or more loops stored within for portable storage.
