Methods for applying a color-altering material to hair
Described herein are methods for applying a color-altering material to the roots of the hair which reduce the amount of time needed between color applications. The color-altering material is applied horizontally with respect to the hair, and the natural color of the hair is left intact between the color-altering sessions. The methods of this disclosure incorporate the root growth into the overall color pattern of the hair, allowing a user to wait for a longer period of time in between color applications.
Portable hair printer and printing method using same
A portable hair printer includes a communication module, a printer module that performs a printing operation, a memory that stores a program for printing an image on a surface of a bundle of hairs, and a processor that executes the program, wherein the program is executed by the processor, receives an image to be dyed on the bundle of hairs from the user terminal through the communication module, and transmits the received image to the printer module to perform an image printing operation for the bundle of hairs, and the portable hair printer further comprises a housing having the communication module, the printer module, the memory, and the processor embedded therein, and the housing includes an upper housing and a lower housing hinged to each other around a hinge, and a sensor module.

HAIR DYE DISPENSER AND SYSTEM COMPRISING THEREOF
A hair dye dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing having an opening hole formed on one side of which a hair dye is provided, a plurality of cartridges disposed inside the housing and accommodating at least one dyeing material, a main body in which the plurality of cartridges are rotatably disposed, a main motor for rotating the main body so that a first cartridge of the plurality of cartridges is located adjacent to the opening hole, a discharge module for discharging the dyeing material contained in the first cartridge, and an accommodating body in which a basket accommodating the dyeing material discharged by the discharge module is placed, wherein the discharge module may include an elevating body that pressurizes the first cartridge when moving up and is separated from the first cartridge when moving down.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING A HAIR COLORATION TREATMENT
A method for determining a hair coloration treatment that changes hair from an initial color into a desired color is provided. A model for predicting hair lightening results for a bleaching agent or UV treatment is used. The model associates the lightening treatment with sets comprising a starting color and a corresponding lightened color achieved when applying the treatment onto hair having the starting color. The model determines a lightened hair color achieved when applying the lightening treatment onto the hair of the user, when the lightened hair color is close to the desired color. Otherwise an intermediate hair color is determined, such that the intermediate hair color corresponds to a starting hair color for which there exists at least one coloration composition adapted for changing the intermediate hair color into the desired color. Based thereon, a hair coloration treatment is provided.
COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING SPECIAL CARBODIIMIDES, FOR HAIR
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition for hair, containing at least one compound containing at least three carbodiimide groups built according to formula (I), R.sup.4—[R.sup.1—N═C═N].sub.n—R.sup.5 (I), where n is a whole number between 3 and 100, and R.sup.1, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each stand, independently of one another, for linear or branched, aliphatic or cycloaliphatic, optionally substituted groups with 1 to 100 C-atoms. The invention also relates to uses of the cosmetic composition for hair, and to a method and the application thereof.
HAIR TREATMENT SYSTEM
System for treating a head of hair, including a pipe for circulating a liquid, a device for feeding the pipe with water, at least one source of product, the product (P1) comprising one or more surfactants, a device for injecting product into the pipe to form a treatment solution comprising one or more surfactants in a content ranging from 0.35% to 1.5% by weight of surfactant(s) relative to the total weight of the treatment solution, a dispensing device for delivering the treatment solution onto the head of hair (B) with a flow rate of between 0.5 and 5 L/min, better still between 0.8 and 3 L/min.

Easy-wearable ponytail hair pack
Provided is a ponytail hair pack to be easily applied for caring damaged hair just by simple configuration for wearing and making intensive cares allowable at low costs, compared with other normal hair care packs which are uncomfortable for wearing and require a separate rubber band to bind with at the end of ponytail hair after putting the ponytail hair into a hair mask pack and under risks of hair essence being leaked out due to the opening state exposed all the time. However, the ponytail hair pack here allows ponytail hair to be tied firmly by the fixing ties integrally formed with the tie-type pouch, and the stable binding provides comfortable wearing state.
COMPOSITIONS, KITS AND METHODS FOR COLORING FIBERS
There is disclosed a method of producing a coating on an external surface of individual mammalian hair fibers, the method comprising (a) applying on the external surface of the individual fibers, an oil-in-water emulsion including an amino-silicone film forming pre-polymer, so as to form an at least partially cured amino-silicone film; and (b) applying an aqueous dispersion on said amino-silicone film, to produce an overlying, optionally pigmented, polymeric film that coats said at least partially cured amino-silicone film; wherein the aqueous dispersion contains: (i) a polymeric material having neutralized acid moieties; and optionally (ii) a plurality of pigment particles, at least partially enveloped by the polymeric material, and dispersed within said aqueous dispersion. Suitable coating or coloring compositions and kits including the same are also disclosed, as well as methods for preparing the compositions or removing films formed therewith.
