Personal care device with audible feedback
A personal care device for modifying a keratinous surface having a sensor, a treatment element adapted to deposit a personal care composition, a feedback element, and a processor. The feedback element can be activated during deposition of the personal care composition. The personal care device can analyze a keratinous surface, identify keratinous imperfections, and then modify the keratinous imperfection by depositing a personal care composition. The feedback element can be intermittently activated during deposition and can emit a feedback signal that corresponds to the deposition of the personal care composition to alert the user as to how the personal care device is working and/or when the modification process is complete.
Detachable Hair Coloring Brush and System
The application provides a hair coloring brush. The hair coloring brush can include a handle and a detachable brush cap that detachably couples to the handle. The handle can include an elongated body, a brush attachment protrusion, where the brush attachment protrusion extends outward from the elongated body and has a first protrusion side and a second protrusion side. The handle can also include a first side ridge and a second side ridge. The detachable brush cap can include a distal brush end, a plurality of bristles, and a cavity opposite the distal brush end, where the cavity has a cavity wall and an internal groove located in the cavity wall. The first side ridge and the second side ridge can tension fit in the internal groove when the detachable brush cap is inserted over the brush attachment protrusion.
Hair color cartridge and compositions for use in the hair color cartridge
The instant disclosure relates to hair coloring base compositions and developer compositions that can be incorporated into a hair color cartridge, which combines the compositions and dispenses them onto hair. The hair color cartridge includes: (a) one or more hair coloring base compositions and; (b) one or more developer compositions, which can be combined to form an active hair coloring composition and dispensed onto hair. The hair coloring base compositions typically include one or more oxidative dye precursors; one or more alkalizing agents; one or more reducing agents; optionally, one or more cationic conditioning polymers; one or more surfactants; one or more water-soluble solvents; and water. The developer compositions typically include one or more oxidizing agents; one or more surfactants; and water. The unique components and fluid characteristics of the various compositions are such that devices or appliances comprising them accurately combine and dispense the hair coloring base composition(s) with the developer composition(s) in a predetermined ratio with excellent consistency for application to hair.
Hair treatment device for coloring hair
A hair treatment device for use in the application of direct heat to foil-covered sections of hair, in order to accelerate a hair highlighting or hair coloring process, is described. The hair treatment device includes two opposing plates for transmitting heat. The foil-covered sections of hair are pressed between the opposing plates when the device is in use. The plates are set in a housing. Seals are located along edges of the plates, edges of the housing, or both, in order to protect the user's scalp from the heated plates. A plurality of venting passages pass through the plates.
Percarbonate-containing blonding agent in an aluminum sachet
The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic agent for blonding human hair comprising (i) a package comprising at least one multilayer film comprising at least one metal-containing layer as a barrier layer, and (ii) a bleaching agent composition contained in the package, the bleaching agent composition containing at least one percarbonate and at least one inorganic salt of a peroxosulfuric acid. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a method for blonding human hair.
Smart nozzle for hair dryer
A smart nozzle system for a hair dryer includes a proximity detection circuit, a temperature sensing circuit, a speed detection circuit, and a rotating nozzle vane, among other features. The nozzle includes a microcontroller and a wireless communication module to interface with an external computing device via an application. Also included is a camera, a timer, a fluid dispenser, and a therapeutic UV light. The power supply can be a dynamo powered by air flowing through the nozzle. The nozzle can be an add-on to existing hair dryers or can be integral with a hair dryer system.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SELECTIVE HAIR BRIGHTENING
A system, computer readable medium and method for selective brightening of hair, the method may include or may be preceded by applying at least one photosensitive material to the hair. The method may also include forming at least one pattern of brightened hair by illuminating the hair by at least one pattern of illumination.
Hair coloring compositions and methods thereof
A hair coloring composition that includes about 5 to 25 wt. % of a first monosaccharide having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, up to about 10 wt. % of a second monosaccharide having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, about 0.1 to 5 wt. % of a surfactant, and about 0.1 to 5 wt. % of a delivery agent, each based on a total weight of the hair coloring composition. A method for coloring hair, that involves applying the hair coloring composition onto the hair, and optionally applying heat to the hair at a dyeing temperature of 30 to 205 C.
HAIR TREATMENT PROCESS AND SYSTEM
System for washing the hair, including a first reservoir for receiving a first liquid (L1) constituted by or comprising water, a second reservoir for receiving a second liquid (L2) comprising a treatment product diluted in water in an amount of less than or equal to 2.5% by weight relative to the total weight of the second liquid (L2), a shower head with a supply rate of between 0.3 and 5 L/min, configured to deliver a jet of droplets onto the hair, and a means for supplying the shower head with liquid, taken exclusively from one or other of the reservoirs, with an overpressure.
