A holder for holding the dryer includes a plurality of second electronic parts including a plurality of contact terminals, a second battery to supply power to the second electronic parts, and a second controller to detect a charging ratio of the second battery and enter a second power saving mode to limit power supplied to at least one of the plurality of second electronic parts.
