HAIRCARE MONITORING AND FEEDBACK
A computer-implemented method for generating feedback for a user performing haircare includes receiving a sequence of images of a head of the user and a haircare implement, the haircare implement being a hairstyling implement. The computer-implemented method also includes determining one or more implement motion parameters by tracking a position or an orientation of the haircare implement using the sequence of images. The computer-implemented method also includes determining a detangling event if one or more of: linear velocity, angular velocity, linear acceleration, and angular acceleration of the haircare implement is less than a corresponding detangling motion threshold, the detangling event being an event in which tangles from hair of the user are being removed. The computer-implemented method also includes generating feedback for providing to the user based on the determined detangling event.
CONTAINER
A container (1) with separate sealed compartments for different substances. The container (1) comprises separate and relatively sealed first (A), second (B) and third (C) compartments. The first compartment (A) receives a first substance (such as colourant); the second compartment (B) receives a second substance (such as a developing solution); and the third compartment (C) defines a mixing volume for receiving the first and second substances from the first and second compartments. A rupturable portion adjoins the third compartment (C) and separates the first and second compartments (A, B), from the third compartment so that in use, when the a rupturable portion is ruptured substances from the first and second compartments (A, B) can pass to the third compartment (C). A passage (16) is provided in a wall of the third compartment (C) along an edge not shared with either of the first or second compartments. The passage (16) leads to a first opening that is opened by a first opening means (6) which when opened, permits controlled release of a user defined amount of the first and/or second substances; and the third compartment (C) has a second opening with a second opening means (66) which enables at least one of the sheets to be opened in order to access the third compartment (C) and remove first and/or second substances therefrom.

GROOMING TOOL AND METHODS
A grooming tool includes a handle and a head attached to the handle. The head has curved blades adjustable in at least an extended position and a non-extended position. Methods of grooming an animal can include selecting the length of the curved blades by adjusting the blades in at least an extended position or non-extended position.

TRIPLE-LAYERED INFUSED COMB STIMULATOR
A triple-layered infused comb stimulator (TLICS) comprises a comb handle and a comb head. Comb handle comprises an ergonomically shaped hollow lower grip portion housing an electrical stimulator abutting a hollow upper head portion. Upper head portion comprises a peripheral groove, an underside with pliable caps comprising slits, and a topside with an opening covered by a pliable button, and a latch mechanism to open and close the pliable button and houses infusion fluid. When closed, pliable button is depressed to control the amount of infusion fluid to be dispensed. Comb head comprises a peripheral channel that slides into peripheral groove on the comb handle, a hair parting prong, and a surface with holes that accommodate the pliable caps on the underside of comb handle, shallow bristles, short comb teeth, and long comb teeth with shallow bristles, short comb teeth, and long comb teeth forming three layers of the TLICS.
Hair volumizing treatments with in situ diagnostic assessment and formula dispensing
A diagnostic formula applicator can include a fluid dispensing assembly coupled with a comb having a plurality of tines. A tine of the plurality of tines can be configured to dispense a fluid formula to a region of a biological surface via at least one fluid conduit. The diagnostic formula applicator can include hair diagnostic circuitry operably coupled to the fluid dispensing assembly. The diagnostic circuitry can be configured to actuate the fluid dispensing assembly to deliver the fluid formula via the at least one fluid conduit, responsive to determining a user-specific hair cosmetic aspect from hair and scalp sensor information.
DESIGNER COMB
Most methods of hair styling requires the use of gels, electric tools, or heavy and dangerous hot-irons. The invention I made alters the structure of the teeth in combs/brushes to create friction by adding edges (of various shapes and sizes) to the teeth to rob against the hair as the hair is being combed/brushed thus causing friction and creating heat. The heat created and the force of the friction of the Designer Comb straightens the hair for all hair types but for 3 b hair and kinkier it also flattens the hair so people with afros can simply comb up the sides of their hair to get a high-top hair style.
Self-cleaning pet grooming implement
An implement for grooming hair of an animal has a comb support and an array of tines mounted in the comb support. The array has a plurality of generally parallel combs, and each comb has a set of regularly spaced generally parallel tines of similar size. In one aspect, the spacing between adjacent tines of a selected comb varies depending on the location of the comb along a longitudinal axis. In this aspect, as the comb support is drawn to effectuate the grooming of the hair of the animal, hair at the selected location experiences a progression in at least three stages from coarse to more finely spaced tines.
