A lice removing apparatus and method of using it are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a flexible fabric sheet having a pair of pockets defined on a first side of the sheet adjacent opposite ends of the sheet. A second side of the sheet includes a plurality of projections, or other physically coarse material, that strip nits from a person's hair when passed there over. A user inserts his fingers and thumb into the pockets, folds the sheet around a lock of hair, and runs the sheet along the length of the hair while squeezing the folded sheet into constant contact with the hair. Thereafter, the sheet is discarded and a new one is used for cleaning a subsequent lock of hair. The sheets may be stored in a contained in a manner that provides easy access for grasping the sheet and removing it from the container with one hand.

The invention relates to a device for treating the hair and to the corresponding application method, the device (2) comprising: —two arms (5, 6) that are able to move relative to one another between a moved-together configuration for treating the hair and a spaced-apart configuration for inserting hair to be treated between said arms, and —a system (18) for applying a product, comprising an applicator member (26) for applying the product, the application system (18) being mounted on one of the arms (5) and being able to move relative to said arm (5) between at least two positions generating, while the device (2) is being used to treat the hair, different respective application pressures of the applicator member (26) on the hair to be treated.

A hair brush configured to apply a hair fastener to a bundle of hair includes a housing having a handle portion and a brush portion. The hair brush also has an actuator that is coupled to the housing and a hair fastener applicator mechanism that is coupled to the housing and to the actuator such that operation of the actuator causes the hair fastener applicator mechanism to move between an open position in which the hair fastener is held in an elongated state that can receive the bundle of hair and a closed position in which the hair fastener is wrapped and secured around the bundle of hair.

An interesting healthcare comb having a significant effect for cleaning dandruff, grease, and impurities may include a comb handle and a comb base that may be mounted on one side of the comb base. A cavity may be formed inside the comb base, a seat plate may be arranged at the lower end of the comb base, and a top plate may be arranged at a top end of the comb base. A loose hair capture or entrapment device designed to be especially effective in showers is disclosed. The device easily and safely captures and retains loose hair, which can be later readily removed and disposed. The device is meant to provide a means for preventing loose hair from falling into and clogging shower and tub drains. The device has a plurality of substantially opposing flexible pillars with a space or gap separating the opposing pillar ends. The plurality of opposing pillars may be tilted or angled in one direction such that by swiping one's hand or finger in a direction opposite to the pillar tilt reduces the gap dimension and tends to trap loose hair, while swiping one's hand in the direction of the pillar tilt increase the gap dimension and allows the loose hair to be removed for proper disposal.
