HAIR CUTTING MEMBER, DEVICE BODY OF HAIR CUTTING DEVICE, AND HAIR CUTTING DEVICE
A hair cutting member includes a light emitting module and a connecting member. The light emitting module includes an optical waveguide including a core, and a retaining member retaining the optical waveguide with at least a portion of the core being exposed so as to apply light to hair growing on a skin. The connecting member is integrally joined to the light emitting module with the connecting member retaining an end of the optical waveguide, and positions the core with respect to light introduced into the optical waveguide. The connecting member is mechanically connectable to a connection target. The core is configured so that light is introduced from an end thereof that faces the connection target. The technology of the present disclosure improves ease of assembly of a hair cutting member, a device body of a hair cutting device, and a hair cutting device.
Instrument for removing hairs
The present embodiments relate to a hair removal tool. The tool may include a coil that is tightly wound and engaged to a housing. In operation, a user may roll the coil across a substrate (e.g., skin) to capture hairs between the coils in the coil. As the coil rolls radially around the housing, the outer edge of the coil can expand and contract, capturing and removing hairs as the coil rolls.
Electric shaver with imaging capability
System and method for improving the shaving experience by providing improved visibility of the skin shaving area. A digital camera is integrated with the electric shaver for close image capturing of shaving area, and displaying it on a display unit. The display unit can be integral part of the electric shaver casing, or housed in a separated device which receives the image via a communication channel. The communication channel can be wireless (using radio, audio or light) or wired, such as dedicated cabling or using powerline communication. A light source is used to better illuminate the shaving area. Video compression and digital image processing techniques are used for providing for improved shaving results. The wired communication medium can simultaneously be used also for carrying power from the electric shaver assembly to the display unit, or from the display unit to the electric shaver.

PERSONAL CARE DEVICE
The present invention relates to a personal care device, in particular hair removal device such as an electric shaver, comprising an elongated handle for manually moving the personal care device along a body surface, a working head attached to said handle for effecting a personal care treatment to said body surface, said working head being movably supported relative to said handle and/or including a working head element being movably supported relative to a working head basis to allow adaption of the working head and/or of the working head element to the body surface contour, wherein an adjustment device is provided for adjusting a movability characteristic of a suspension of said working head and/or of said working head element, wherein said adjustment device includes at least one actuator for adjusting at least one characteristic.
HAIR REMOVAL DEVICE
The present invention relates to a hair removal device, such as an electric shaver or epilator, comprising a hair cutting unit, a motor for driving the hair cutting unit, a measurement unit for measuring motor current and/or induced voltage and a cutting activity determinator for determining cutting activity from the half cycles of the signal of said measurement unit, wherein a wear determination unit is provided for determining wear of the hair cutting unit from the cutting activity signal of said cutting activity determinator.
EPILATING DEVICE
An epilating device for extracting hairs out of a user's skin, including hair-clamping elements that are arranged adjacent to each other and rotatable relative to a housing. A drive system rotates the hair-clamping elements which co-operate in pairs and are moveable relative to each other during rotation. On each side surface facing an adjacent hair-clamping element, there is a hair-clamping section and a hair-catching section. The hair-catching sections of adjacent hair-clamping elements define a funnel area, wherein the hair-catching sections converge towards each other for guiding hairs towards the hair-clamping sections. The hair-clamping sections of adjacent hair-clamping elements are movable relative to each other from an open position, where the hair-clamping sections are at a distance from each other, to a closed position, where the hair-clamping sections are in mutual clamping engagement in a hair-clamping area.
MTip, waxing, cosmetic, hygiene and utility tool
A disposal cosmetic tool is provided and has a stem having a first end and second end, wherein the stem is configured for a user to hold; a first bulb located at the first end of the stem, wherein the first bulb section has a surface coated with an adhesive configured for hair removal; a second bulb located at the second end of the stem, wherein the second bulb section has a surface impregnated or coated with a finishing oil; wherein the first bulb surface has a hardness that is greater than the second bulb surface.
SKIN TREATMENT SYSTEM
A skin treatment system (1) such as a depilating system comprises a functional member (20) that is configured to perform a treatment action on skin (2) and to be moved over the skin (2) during operation of the system (1), and a measurement unit (40) including a measurement member (41) that is configured to also be moved over the skin (2) during operation of the functional member (20) and to contact the skin (2) in the process. The measurement unit (40) is configured to measure at least a force value in an advancing direction in which the measurement member (41) is moved over the skin (2) during operation of the functional member (20). The measured force value in the advancing direction is used for the purpose of determining a friction coefficient value representative of the friction coefficient of the skin (2), which allows for assessing skin condition.
