POWER GENERATION DEVICE
A power generation device capable of ensuring assemblability and ensuring strength/rigidity necessary when being handled, and having reduced size and weight, without using a reinforcement frame. The power generation device includes, in a casing, an alternator that generates power through driving of an engine, an inverter case that houses an inverter of the alternator, and a fuel tank that stores fuel for the engine. The device includes an upper fixing part that fixes an upper part of the fuel tank to the casing, an intermediate fixing part that fixes a lower part of the fuel tank to an upper part of the inverter case, and a lower fixing part that fixes a lower part of the inverter case to the casing.
PLASTIC MOLDED ARTICLE
A plastic molded article includes a base having a main surface, a first tubular portion protruding from the main surface, a second tubular portion protruding from the main surface and having an inner diameter smaller than that of the first tubular portion, and a pair of ribs that protrudes from the main surface and connects an outer circumferential surface of the first tubular portion and an outer circumferential surface of the second tubular portion to each other. The base, the first tubular portion, the second tubular portion, and the ribs are integrally molded of plastic. The ribs are located on opposite sides of an imaginary plane that includes a central axis of the first tubular portion and a central axis of the second tubular portion.
Engine Device
An engine device having a flywheel housing in which a flywheel that is rotated integrally with a crankshaft is accommodated on one side portion of a cylinder block, in which the cylinder block is integrally formed with housing bracket portions each protruding in a direction away from the crankshaft from each of opposite side portions of the cylinder block extending along a crankshaft axial direction, the housing bracket portions protruding from end portions of the opposite side portions close to the one side portion, and a space surrounded by the one side portion, the housing bracket portions, and the flywheel housing constitutes a gear case for accommodating therein a gear train.

Vehicle
To provide a vehicle that includes a balancer mechanism for reducing vibration of the engine and can leave a space margin for increasing the fuel tank in size and/or arranging equipment or components at the rear of the cylinder and above the crankcase. A vehicle includes: an engine mounted on a body frame. The engine comprises a crankcase with a ceiling wall, a crankshaft provided in the crankcase, and a balancer mechanism for reducing vibration of the engine by power transmitted from the crankshaft. The balancer mechanism comprises an idler gear disposed behind the crankshaft and rotated by power transmitted from the crankshaft, and a first balancer disposed behind the idler gear and rotated by power transmitted from the idler gear. The idler gear and the first balancer are disposed along the ceiling wall.

Harness mounting structure
A harness has a laterally extending portion disposed along a block rear surface of an engine and extending in a width direction of a vehicle within a predetermined height range in which a drive shaft is included. The engine has a projection disposed in at least one of a position above the laterally extending portion or a position below the laterally extending portion within the predetermined height range in a portion, of the engine, toward the rear of the vehicle, the projection projecting, toward the rear of the vehicle, further than the laterally extending portion.
Engine
An engine includes: a crankcase; a cover that is connected to the crankcase at a mating surface of the cover inclined toward an inner side in a vehicle width direction in going downward when the engine is mounted to a vehicle body, the cover covering a protruding end of a rotary shaft; and attachment bosses that are formed to be integral with the cover, have a predetermined height from the mating surface, and accept fastening members for fastening the cover to the crankcase. Accordingly, when mounted on a two-wheeled motor vehicle, the engine can restrain protrusion in the vehicle width direction and can be disposed at a position as low as possible with reference to the vehicle.
