APPARATUS, KIT, AND METHOD FOR DECORATING NAILS
An apparatus for applying a decal to a nail of a human digit is provided. A base coat of base nail polish is applied to a nail. The base coat has a tacky surface when dry. A decal application product is pressed against the tacky surface of the base coat, and includes a substrate and at least one decal adhered thereto. The decal and the substrate have a first adhesion coefficient therebetween. The decal and the tacky surface have a second adhesion coefficient that is greater than the first adhesion coefficient to cause a subset of the decal to adhere to the base coat. A top coat of a top nail polish is applied atop of the base coat and the subset of the decal to seal the subset of the decal and the base coat.
BIO-BASED NAIL TIPS
A nail tip includes an integrally layered plate having a top surface and a bottom surface, at least the bottom surface including a texture on the microscale including a plurality of ridges, and a contour at a proximal end and a distal end, the contour having a rounded edge at the proximal end and a free edge at the distal end having a complex shape.

Method for supporting healthy long nail growth and mechanism of nail reinforcement
A flexible under-nail support device and method to apply the same that promotes long healthy fingernail growth by providing nail strength and support without any interaction or damage to the nail plate (upper nail) or the hyponychium (thickened epidermis under the nail). The device has an indention, with a preferred embodiment of an inverted V that is positioned under the fingernail and around the hyponychium. Its lateral sides are bonded to at least the nails' lateral undersides to provide extra strength to the nail. The bonded device is then clipped and filed to the natural nails length. The method includes healthy easy device removal and support replacement. As the nail grows, the process of attaching and removing supports is repeated and over time results in strong, long, healthy, aesthetically pleasing nails. For immediate nail lengthening, the device may be used as scaffolding with other technologies mitigating their respective health hazards.

GEL NAIL STICKER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Provided is a gel nail sticker including: a lower laminated part which is a part directly attached to a nail or a toenail, and has a color or a pattern, and is formed of a flexible material to correspond to a curved surface of the nail or the toenail; and an upper laminated part which is a transparent coated layer positioned on the lower laminated part and providing glossiness to a color or a pattern of the lower laminated part, and is in a flexible semi-solid state to correspond to the curved surface of the nail or the toenail before being attached to the nail or the toenail, and is cured to a solid state while maintaining a form attached to the nail or the toenail when an ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the upper laminated part after the upper laminated part is attached to the nail or the toenail.
GEL NAIL AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
A gel nail for attaching to a fingernail of a user includes an elongated nail body having a root end, a tip end and two side edges, and defining an attachment portion at said root end for attaching on the fingernail and an extension portion at said tip end for being extended beyond the fingernail. A curvature at the root end is smaller than a curvature of the tip end, such that the root end is more flatten than the tip end. Each of the side edges has a reduced thickness to enable the attachment portion to be bent for matching with a curvature of the fingernail of the user.

Method for producing fingernail tips
An automated method for producing fingernail tips. Reinforcing fibers are provided as a strip and the strip is moved at a specific travel rate in the longitudinal direction of the strip. The strip is covered on one side and impregnated with the plastic, and then shaped in a shaping station, where is it bent into a curve that corresponds substantially to the shape of a natural fingernail or toenail. The strip maintains its shape after the plastic is cured and the covering is then removed. The fingernail tips are punched from the strip in a cutting station. The automated method allows the strip to be continuously or virtually continuously transported and then the fingernail tips to be automatically counted, sorted, and packaged.
