Device for packaging and applying a solid cosmetic product
The invention relates to a device for packaging a cosmetic product (P) in solid form and applying it to the skin, having a longitudinal axis X, comprising: a sleeve (70) containing the cosmetic product (P), an elevator means (50) able to support the cosmetic product (P) at a current position in the sleeve and to axially move the cosmetic product along the axis X to make it emerge from the sleeve (70) bypassing through the orifices (77), a means (60) for manually actuating the elevator, a means (80) for partial covering of the outlet of the sleeve (70) comprising a vault (71) formed solely of an elastically deformable material.
CONTAINER AND ONE-WAY VALVE
A one-way valve adapted to be provided in a pressable container from which material is ejected wherein the valve includes: two adjacent tongues extending from a circumference of the pressable container, wherein the two adjacent tongues have two states: a first state wherein the tongues are not folded on a fold line, thereby the material passes between the tongues; and a second state wherein the tongues are folded on the fold line and prevent passage of material through them; and an opening, for ejecting the material therethrough at the first state, wherein the opening is disposed above the fold line at the first state, and below the fold line at the second state.
Apparatus for preparing a self-contained heated treatment receptacle for use by a subject
A self-contained heated wax treatment apparatus includes an outer shell and a rack disposed inside the outer shell. The rack includes a receptacle holder and at least one heater holder. At least a first receptacle is mounted to the receptacle holder of the rack. The first receptacle contains a heat activated substance. A heater is mounted to the heater holder of the rack in thermal conductive contact with the first receptacle. Activation of the heater causes heat to flow to the first receptacle and activate the heat activated substance inside the receptacle.

Holder
A holder, in helix form, has an opening in communication with a helix interior. The helix may be capable conforming to the shape of an article to be carried at least partially within the interior. Applying a strain to the helix causes the helix to grip the article. The gripping by the helix may be reduced or eliminated by applying a compressive force to the helix.

COSMETIC POT COMPRISING A LID HAVING A TILTING COUPLING MEMBER
The present invention relates to a pot for a cosmetic product, the pot being opened by rotating a lid thereby bringing about a relative rotation between a cover and a mounting plate forming the lid, and thereby causing the pivoting of coupling elements which, in a closed position of the pot, are engaged in at least one cutout formed in a neck of a base of the pot.
SYSTEM FOR MAKING A COSMETIC PRODUCT BY MIXING COMPONENTS FROM SEVERAL SINGLE-USE PACKAGING UNITS
Disclosed is a system for production of a cosmetic product including: at least one first single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a first phase of a cosmetic product, at least one second single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a second phase of a cosmetic product, a machine including a mixer inside of which the mixture of the preset quantity of the first phase and the preset quantity of the second phase is done automatically in order to end up with a cosmetic product directly consumable by the end consumer. The mixing is done in a manner such that neither the first phase nor the second phase are in direct contact with any part of the mixer which is not single use, thus avoiding dirtying the mixer.
GEL FOUNDATION CONTAINER COMPRISING PUMP
The present invention relates to a gel foundation container comprising a pump and, more specifically, to a gel foundation container comprising a pump, the container comprising: content discharge grooves radially formed on a distribution plate; second control protrusions, which are formed inside the content discharge grooves, for controlling the flow of content; a discharge plate formed at the upper end of the distribution plate; and content discharge holes radially formed at the discharge plate at the same position as the content discharge grooves of the distribution plate, wherein the content discharge holes are formed so as to gradually become larger outwardly from the center of the discharge plate, and thus gel foundation is equally discharged in the same amount onto the entire discharge plate when being pumped, thereby allowing a cosmetic material to be applied without becoming cakey when the foundation is applied to the skin by using a puff.
CONTAINER WITH IMPROVED OPENING SYSTEM
Container for liquid or paste products of the type generically consisting of a tank and of a closing capsule, a stem being associated with suitable retaining structures with said capsule, said stem supporting an applicator, between said capsule and said stem a spring being arranged, said tank consisting of a cylindrical body, at the top of which there is provided a neck, apt to the insertion of the stem and to the tightening of the capsule to said tank, on the external periphery of said neck being provided shaped relief guiding and retaining members for peg members internally projecting from said capsule characterised in that on said capsule there is provided a fastening portion with a cylindrical coupling ring containing a rotating ring provided with at least one retaining tooth and with an engagement with said shaped relief guiding members provided on said neck.
