A method for manufacturing a cylindrical brush of a cleaning tool, comprises a cylindrical brush having a core member, a plurality of rail plates, a plurality of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nodule foam bars and a pair of end caps. The core member includes an outer wall having a plurality of core holes and a pair of openings. The plurality of rail plates having a plurality of rail holes arranged along the outer wall of the core member. The plurality of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nodule foam bars is installed at each of the plurality of rail plates such that each of a plurality of nodules of the PVA nodule foam bar aligns with the plurality of core holes and with the plurality of rail holes. The pair of end caps encloses the pair of openings of the core member.

The invention concerns an applicator for applying a product to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows, comprising a molded application member which includes: a core with a longitudinal axis; teeth each extending outwards from the core in the direction of a free end of the tooth; at least one tooth, preferably a row of teeth, particularly preferably all the teeth, having, in elevation, a dissymmetrical shape and a convex edge, the tooth or teeth tapering both over at least part of the height thereof upwards and towards the convex edge.

A device for drawing eyebrows (1) is described comprising a body (2) having at one of its ends an application element (3) that has a plurality of tips (4) arranged in a single row along the longitudinal axis of the device, each tip has a substantially conical shape, the base of which is connected to the application element (3) and wherein the application element (3) is connected to the body (2), which is hollow inside, inside the body (2), and in contact with the application element (3) a cosmetic product (5), is placed which is suitable for drawing on the skin. Advantageously, the cosmetic product is contained in an interchangeable reservoir.
