A crescent internal gear pump includes a front cover, an end cover, a ring gear and a pinion gear disposed within a gear housing in an eccentric, intermeshing relationship. The housing is disposed intermediate the front cover and the end cover. A crescent is disposed radially intermediate the ring gear and the pinion gear. The crescent partially extends into a correspondingly shaped slot in the end cover. The gear housing, the ring gear, and the pinion gear can have substantially the same thickness. A shim can be disposed intermediate the end cover and the gear housing for establishing a desired clearance therebetween.

A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a casing, an orbiting member provided within the casing and performing an orbiting motion, a non-orbiting member forming a compression chamber together with the orbiting member, the compression chamber having a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber and a discharge chamber, a communication passage configured to bypass a refrigerant of the compression chamber into the casing, an opening/closing valve assembly configured to open and close the communication passage, and a switching valve assembly configured to operate the opening/closing valve assembly, the switching valve assembly being provided outside the casing and connected to the opening/closing valve assembly, whereby an installation of the bypass hole can result in prevention of over-compression and an installation of a control valve for varying a capacity outside the casing can result in reduction of costs for the control valve.

An automotive liquid pendulum vane pump includes a pump housing, a rotor ring with circular undercut recesses, a rotor hub with vane slots, and pendulum vanes which connect the rotor ring and the rotor hub. Each vane slot has a substantially plane contact wall slot with a tangential contact nose in an opening region and a diving recess. Each pendulum vane has a circular pendulum head which defines a pendulum hinge which corresponds to a circular undercut recess, a circular pendulum foot which is radially shiftable and pivotable in a vane slot, a vane leg which connects the circular pendulum head and the circular pendulum foot, and a contact path with a contact path surface which contacts the tangential contact nose in a rotational contact sector. A radial inner end of the contact path surface defines an inner tangential projection which temporarily dives into the diving recess.

A screw spindle pump for delivering a cooling liquid for cooling a battery and/or power electronics or a cleaning or supply liquid of a motor vehicle, including a housing in which a working spindle, which is coupled to a drive assembly, and at least one running spindle, which meshes with the latter, are accommodated, and including a feather key-like support element, which is fixed by the housing and against which the working spindle and the running spindle are axially supported. In the housing, there is provided at least one aperture through which it is possible to insert the support element, which, in the assembled position, is received with one end in the aperture and with the other end in a receiving part situated diametrically opposite the aperture, wherein the support element is secured via at least one securing element which closes the aperture at the outside.

A stator elastomer layer is located within the central stator bore, lining a wall of the central stator bore. The stator elastomer layer has an elastomer bore that includes a plurality of stator lobes extending in a helical pattern along an axial length of the central bore. A rotor is located within the elastomer bore, the rotor being an elongated member that includes a plurality of rotor lobes extending in a helical pattern along an axial length of the rotor. The stator elastomer layer includes a failure detection system, the failure detection system operable to identify a region of damaged stator elastomer layer.

The disclosure discloses a slide vane, a pump body assembly, a compressor and an air conditioner having the same. The pump body assembly includes a cylinder assembly, a flange portion, a rotating shaft and the slide vane. The flange portion is connected to the cylinder assembly, a working cavity is formed between the flange portion and the cylinder assembly, and an avoidance portion is provided on a surface, located in the working cavity, of the flange portion. A limiting structure is provided in an accommodation portion. The limiting structure is provided with an avoidance position in the accommodation portion, and at least part of the limiting structure is provided with a limiting position protruded out of a surface of the accommodation portion. Such a configuration avoids friction occurring between the head of the slide vane and the cavity wall of the working cavity.

The plurality of vanes each have an end selected from the group consisting of a lobe, no lobe, and a rod located in the lobe. Each of the plurality of vanes also includes a pivot pin configured to fit in a corresponding receptacle located in the rotor so that each of the plurality of vanes is pivotable with respect to the rotor inside the cavity.

Together, the first scroll and the second scroll define a compression chamber between two seal points where the first scroll and the second scroll contact one another as the second scroll orbits with respect to the first scroll during a compression cycle, and the two seal points come together proximate to a discharge port between the first scroll and the second scroll such that there is at least substantially no dead space between the first scroll and the second scroll at an end of the compression cycle. For example, the two seal points remain in sealing contact during at least one hundred and eighty (180) degrees of the compression cycle.

At least one pressure region of the abutment section, which is close to the interface and, during a rolling, is encapsulated, and at the same time sealingly enclosed, by a sheet-metal casing, forms a rolling region of the pump, the screw spindles, together with the associated pump housing section, at least partially project from the rolling region of the pump on the suction side.
