Slide vane, pump body assembly, compressor and air conditioner having same
The disclosure discloses a slide vane, a pump body assembly, a compressor and an air conditioner having the same. The pump body assembly includes a cylinder assembly, a flange portion, a rotating shaft and the slide vane. The flange portion is connected to the cylinder assembly, a working cavity is formed between the flange portion and the cylinder assembly, and an avoidance portion is provided on a surface, located in the working cavity, of the flange portion. A limiting structure is provided in an accommodation portion. The limiting structure is provided with an avoidance position in the accommodation portion, and at least part of the limiting structure is provided with a limiting position protruded out of a surface of the accommodation portion. Such a configuration avoids friction occurring between the head of the slide vane and the cavity wall of the working cavity.
Portable fuel pump
An illustrative embodiment of the present disclosure includes a pump having a rotor and a plurality of vanes. The rotor is attached to a motor that rotates it in first and second directions and is located in a cavity. The plurality of vanes are each pivotally coupled to the rotor so as the rotor rotates, the vanes selectively push fluid from an inlet port out through an outlet port. The plurality of vanes each have an end selected from the group consisting of a lobe, no lobe, and a rod located in the lobe. Each of the plurality of vanes also includes a pivot pin configured to fit in a corresponding receptacle located in the rotor so that each of the plurality of vanes is pivotable with respect to the rotor inside the cavity.
Impeller pump having different geometries of the inlet and outlet openings
An impeller pump having a housing, which has an inlet and an outlet, and having an impeller wheel with a plurality of elastic impeller blades is described. The cross section of the inlet and/or of the outlet is substantially in the shape of a polygon on the side facing the housing interior.
Scroll compressor with circular surface terminations
A scroll type positive displacement assembly includes a first scroll and a second scroll, where the second scroll is configured to orbit with respect to a center of the first scroll without rotating with respect to the first scroll. Together, the first scroll and the second scroll define a compression chamber between two seal points where the first scroll and the second scroll contact one another as the second scroll orbits with respect to the first scroll during a compression cycle, and the two seal points come together proximate to a discharge port between the first scroll and the second scroll such that there is at least substantially no dead space between the first scroll and the second scroll at an end of the compression cycle. For example, the two seal points remain in sealing contact during at least one hundred and eighty (180) degrees of the compression cycle.
Screw spindle pump, fuel pump assembly, and fuel pump unit
A screw-spindle pump stage having a drive spindle and a running spindle which runs opposite the drive spindle and a pump housing for receiving the two screw spindles. The pump housing 16 has an offset interface with centering action, for a statically determined coupling to an electric motor. The pump housing has an offset section functioning as an abutment, which is able to be abutted against the electric motor for the application of an axial preload. At least one pressure region of the abutment section, which is close to the interface and, during a rolling, is encapsulated, and at the same time sealingly enclosed, by a sheet-metal casing, forms a rolling region of the pump, the screw spindles, together with the associated pump housing section, at least partially project from the rolling region of the pump on the suction side.
Scroll compressor with bypass portions
A scroll compressor includes a discharge port formed at a central portion thereof, a pair of two compression chambers continuously moving toward the discharge port, and a plurality of bypass portions formed at each interval along a movement path of each compression chamber in the both compression chambers. Compression gradients of the both compression chambers are different from each other. An interval between a bypass portion closest to the discharge port and another bypass portion adjacent to the bypass portion among the bypass portions of each compression chamber is defined as a first interval. The first interval of a second bypass portion belonging to a compression chamber having a relatively larger compression gradient is smaller than the first interval of a first bypass portion belonging to the other compression chamber.
Gear pump
An internal gear pump comprising: a ring with internal teeth delimiting a cavity and a gear disposed in the cavity, the gear comprising external teeth cooperating with the internal teeth to drive the ring in rotation, remarkable in that it comprises a pinion disposed in the cavity and driving the gear in rotation. The pinion cooperates with the external toothing of the gear. In an alternative embodiment, the gear comprises an internal toothing which cooperates with the pinion.
Food product pump with impeller and star wheel
A pump for pumping a liquid food product, including a star wheel arranged to be driven by an impeller to rotate around an axis that is offset from an axis of rotation of the impeller, an element that extends between a part of the star wheel and the impeller, such that the liquid is pumped when the impeller rotates and thereby drives the star wheel. A channel is formed between the star wheel and an axle on which the star wheel is arranged, such that a part of the product may enter the channel for providing lubrication.

A stator element of a progressive cavity pump having a reinforcement tube having a longitudinal axis, an inner face (22), and an outer face, and an elastomer liner fixed to the inner face of the reinforcement tube, wherein a portion of the reinforcement tube has a substantially constant thickness (e) and in that said portion of the reinforcement tube is deformed such that it comprises at least a first relief pattern and a second relief pattern, the first relief pattern having the shape of a helical strip that is right-handed relative to the longitudinal axis, the second relief pattern having the shape of a helical strip that is left-handed relative to the longitudinal axis, the first and second relief patterns meeting in at least one section.
Reduced-noise rotary pump
A rotary pump, preferably a vane cell pump or a pendulum slider pump, includes a stator and a rotor which rotates about a rotational axis within the stator. The rotor includes multiple delivery elements which move radially in relation to the rotational axis, and two adjacent delivery elements limit a delivery cell together with the outer surface area of the rotor and the inner surface area of the stator. At least two delivery cells, preferably two adjacent delivery cells, exhibiting a first maximum cell volume form a first delivery cell group and at least two other delivery cells, preferably two other adjacent delivery cells, exhibiting a second maximum cell volume form a second delivery cell group. The first maximum cell volume of the delivery cells of the first delivery cell group is larger than the second maximum cell volume of the delivery cells of the second delivery cell group.
