Jack with a protecting structure of a pump piston and method for using the same
A jack with a protecting structure of a pump piston and a method for using the same are provided. The jack includes a housing, a base located inside the housing, and the protecting structure. An oil cylinder and a pump body are installed on the base. A pump piston is installed on the pump body. A spring is installed on the pump piston and the pump body. A stop protrusion is arranged on the pump piston. The protecting structure includes a dustproof sleeve and a wool felt. The dustproof sleeve is installed on the base and the pump piston. One end of the dustproof sleeve is detachably fixed on the base through a fastener. The other end of the dustproof sleeve is connected to an end portion of the pump piston. The shape of the dustproof sleeve is set into a wavy type.
POWER END FRAME WITH RESIDUAL COMPRESSIVE STRESS AND METHODS
A power end frame includes a housing and a face plate secured to the housing. During use, components of the power end frame, including the housing and the face plate, are subjected to large tensile stresses. This disclosure describes a method of imparting compressive stresses in the power end frame to resist these large tensile stresses.
Metering pump for liquid chromatography
Described is a metering pump that may be used to meter volumes of sample in a chromatography system. The metering pump has a modular configuration that allows for separation of a head pod from a drive assembly for easy serviceability. The head pod includes a pump head, cartridge housing, seal wash housing and plunger. The drive assembly can be implemented in an inline drive configuration. Alternatively, the drive assembly can be implemented in an offset drive configuration in which a stepper motor is displaced laterally from other drive assembly components but is coupled through a belt and pulley system.
HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A hydraulic pressure control device includes an electric motor including a motor main body portion, a conductive portion connecting a cavity of a substrate and the motor main body portion, and a covering portion covering a part of the conductive portion; a housing in which a through-hole for accommodating the covering portion is formed; a cap having a terminal insertion hole through which a motor terminal, which is a distal end portion of the conductive portion exposed from the covering portion, is inserted, and being fitted into the through-hole; and a seal member which is a cured product of a liquid sealing agent disposed between the cap and the covering portion to close the through-hole.
Integrated fracking system
An integrated fracking system includes a substructure assembly including one or more frame rails. The integrated fracking system includes a pump subsystem having a frac pump and a motor. The pump subsystem is coupled to the frame rails of the substructure assembly. The integrated fracking system includes a variable frequency drive, a transformer, and a cooling subsystem, each coupled to the frame rails of the substructure assembly.
TANK WAVE-CURRENT GENERATION SYSTEM WITH REAR-MOUNTED OUTLET
Provided is a tank wave-current generation system with a rear-mounted outlet. The rear-mounted outlet and a rectifying device located below a tank are arranged, the rectifying device comprises a rectifying chamber and a built-in rectifying grid, one end of the rectifying chamber is communicated with a water collection tank, and the other end of the rectifying chamber is communicated with a bottom wall of a tank unit, an outlet in the bottom wall is located at a front end of a wave pushing direction of a wave generator, a current subjected to preliminary energy dissipation in the water collection tank is rectified into a smooth fluid through the rectifying grid and then a steady current is input into the tank, so that the current pushed by a wave pushing plate arranged on the wave generator is a steady current meeting a test requirement.
Fracturing pump with in-line fluid end
A fluid end for use with a power end. The fluid end comprises a plurality of fluid end sections positioned adjacent one another. Each section includes a single horizontally positioned bore. A plunger is installed within the bore and includes a fluid passageway. Low-pressure fluid enters the bore through the plunger and high-pressure fluid exits the fluid end through an outlet valve installed within the bore. The intake of low-pressure fluid within the fluid end section is regulated by an inlet valve installed within the plunger. Low-pressure fluid enters the plunger through an inlet component attached to both the plunger and an inlet manifold.
Pumping system for a wellsite
A pumping system is provided. The pumping system may include a drive assembly and a pump assembly that is operatively coupled to the drive assembly. The pump assembly may include a pump configured to pressurize a fluid and a multispeed gearbox that is attached to the pump. The multispeed gearbox may be configured to transfer rotational energy from the drive assembly to the pump.
