A powered oral care apparatus (2) has a pump-free fluid delivery system for delivering one or more fluids to the oral cavity of a user. The oral care apparatus may employ an oral care assembly (30) that has a capsule member (38) for delivering fluid through a number of openings (31, 46) in response to movement of a head (4) of the oral care apparatus. The oral care apparatus may also employ an oral care assembly (62) having a diaphragm member (84) and a mass member (88) coupled thereto wherein, in response to motion being imparted to the brushhead, the mass member and diaphragm member generate a pumping force to cause fluid to be delivered out of the oral care assembly.

An oral hygiene device in the form of a toothbrush 10 comprises a handle section 12, a cartridge 14 containing a cleaning composition held under gas pressure, an actuating mechanism 16 and a head section 18. The cartridge has a discharge opening at a front end thereof, which includes a control valve 26 comprising a valve stem 27. The actuating mechanism 16 includes a plunger 40 and a lever formation 38 which acts on the plunger. The lever formation is acted upon by a hand-operated actuating button 58 for dispensing the plunger rearwardly for depressing the valve stem 27 for releasing cleaning composition from the cartridge causing the cleaning composition to be conveyed under gas pressure along passage 48 of the valve stem and into passages 46, 32, 37 and 29 where it is discharged via opening 31 at a distal end of the head section 18 onto bristles 28.

An apparatus includes a pen. The pen includes a reservoir configured to store a fluid. The pen also includes a tip configured to transfer the fluid from the reservoir onto a surface of an object during writing. The pen further includes a regulator configured to control a flow of the fluid from the reservoir to the tip. The apparatus also includes the fluid stored within the reservoir. The fluid includes a carrier fluid and particles of an X-Ray opaque material.

A carpet and upholstery cleaning product is configured to store a consumable cleaning solution and dispense the cleaning solution to treat a spot or stain on a surface to be cleaned. The cleaning product can include a bottle defining a reservoir for the cleaning solution, a fluid dispensing outlet provided on an angled neck of the, and a scrubber on the bottle for scrubbing stains on the surface to be cleaned, wherein the scrubber is offset from the fluid outlet such that the cleaning solution is not dispensed through the scrubber.

Described herein are systems and methods for providing personalized oral irrigation. One variation of a system for personalized oral irrigation comprises a fluid reservoir and a customized oral insert in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. The oral insert comprises an arrangement of fluid openings positioned based on the individual oral or dental structures of a user's teeth to provide a customized fluid flow over the user's teeth. Also described herein are methods for generating an arrangement of fluid openings in a customized oral insert.

The disclosed cleaning system provides a system for storing and containing together a cleaning tool and cleaning ampoules, which contain the cleaning material, so that all the necessary parts of the cleaning system are easily stored and accessible for cleaning needs. In one embodiment, the cleaning system includes a cleaning tool and a cleaning ampoule. The cleaning tool includes a body with a working surface having scrubbing elements. The body has an ampoule receptacle. The cleaning ampoule contains a cleaning material. The cleaning ampoule includes a compartment and a cover for containing the cleaning material in the compartment. The ampoule receptacle is capable of holding the cleaning ampoule while the cleaning material is dispensed to the working surface from the cleaning ampoule.

A dispensing system includes a housing including a cover portion attached to a base portion. The cover portion includes an opening. The dispensing system includes a dispensing assembly within which a material is contained and from which the material is dispensed. The dispensing assembly is supported within an interior of the base portion and in fluid communication with the opening. At least one of the cover portion is movable relative to the base portion or the base portion is moveable relative to the cover portion. A position of the cover portion relative to the base portion is adjusted between a first position, in which the cover portion does not engage the dispensing assembly such that the material is not dispensed through the opening, and a second position, in which the cover portion engages the dispensing assembly such that the material is dispensed through the opening.

A dosing dispenser for dispensing a material comprising a housing, a container moveably arranged in the housing and including the material, a pump unit, and an applicator for material output. The housing includes an actuation member which facilitates moving the container in the housing relative to the pump unit, so that the pump unit is activatable by the container for suctioning and dispensing the material. The actuation member is formed by an opening in the housing for manual access to the container in order to move the container in a linear manner. Alternatively, the actuation member is configured as a slider element which is inserted into an opening of the housing and coupled with the container, wherein the slider element is translatorically moveable in the opening so that the container is moveable back and forth by the sliding movement of the slider element in order to activate the pump unit.

A one-step process to store paint for use in touching up painted walls. The invention tool removes the need to break out all the paint supplies to fix a small scratch or nick in the wall. The invention tool is a custom paint storage container and applicator. When a user is painting the user's walls, the user can fill up the custom tool of the present invention with the same paint and store the small leak proof bottle of the tool almost anywhere. Then, if a wall becomes scratched or nicked or if objects that have been hung on the wall need to be removed or relocated, the tool can be used to have the applicator apply paint from the original paint source to touch up the nick or scratch or hole.

Provided is a toothpaste discharging toothbrush comprising: a hollow handgrip portion; a piston provided in the handgrip portion; a pumping device which is coupled to the rear of the handgrip portion and pushes the piston forward; an extended portion which is coupled to the front end of the handgrip portion and has therein a transfer path communicating with the handgrip portion; an implantation portion which is coupled to the end of the extended portion and has, formed therein, a discharge port communicating with the transfer path; toothbrush bristles coupled to the implantation portion; and a nipple coupled to the discharge port, the nipple comprising: a nipple body portion which has an open bottom and is hollow and made of a flexible material; an upper plate member made of a flexible material and positioned at the top of the nipple body portion so as to cover same; and a cut portion formed in the upper plate member, the pumping device comprising a pumping ball made of a flexible material, wherein the deformation pressure of the pumping ball is lower than the critical pressure at which the cut portion is opened by the pressure of toothpaste inside.
