CONSTANT VOLTAGE POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR USE WITH AN ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC FRACTURING SYSTEM

A hydraulic fracturing system includes a turbine generator for producing electricity at a well site, the turbine generator producing electrical energy at a voltage. The system also includes an electric pump electrically coupled to the turbine generator and receiving operative power from the turbine generator. The system further includes switch gear arranged between the electric pump and the turbine generator, the switch gear distributing electrical energy from the turbine generator to the electric pump, wherein the voltage remains substantially constant from the turbine generator to the electric pump.

A pumping station for a pipeline, in particular an oil or gas pipeline, has a feed pump for delivering a fluid through the pipeline and a combustion engine for driving the feed pump. A hydrostatic system has a hydraulic motor for driving the combustion engine, in order to accelerate same to start-up. The hydraulic system also has a hydraulic pressure accumulator of limited volume which can be filled with a pressurized hydraulic medium to be admitted to the first hydraulic motor, thereby powering the latter. A pressure differential in the hydrostatic system prevailing over the hydraulic motor is variably adjustable, in order to accelerate the combustion engine to a predefined firing speed.

PUMPING SYSTEM

A buoy assembly for use with a pumping system to pump liquid and debris from a flooded shaft or well or any such structure with appreciable depth is provided. The buoy assembly includes a proximal tube that can couple to an end of a hose coupled at an opposite end to the pumping system. A buoy is coupled to the proximal tube that provides the buoy assembly with buoyancy that allows the buoy assembly to float on the liquid in the shaft. The buoy can have one or more aeration ports that can be selectively opened (by removing a plug therefrom) to allow airflow therethrough into the buoy. The buoy assembly also has an adapter socket with feet that define vents therebetween to allow passage of debris via the vents into the buoy. Flow of air into the buoy via the aeration ports facilitates lift of liquid and debris through the conduit during a pumping operation.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLEANING SUBSTRATES USING HIGH TEMPERATURE CHEMICALS AND ULTRASONIC DEVICE

A method for cleaning substrates includes rotating a substrate; delivering deionized water on a surface of the substrate for pre wetting the surface of the substrate; delivering chemical solution with high temperature on the surface of the substrate for cleaning the surface of the substrate; changing the rotation speed of the substrate to a low rotation speed, and moving a ultra/mega sonic device. The method further includes turning on the ultra/mega sonic device and supplying a constant or pulse working power in a first cleaning cycle; turning off the ultra/mega sonic device, and delivering a high temperature chemical solution or deionized water. The method further includes turning on the ultra/mega sonic device and supplying a constant or pulse working power in a second cleaning cycle; turning off the ultra/mega sonic device, and delivering rinse chemical solution or deionized water on the surface of the substrate; and drying the substrate.

A filtration and testing device integral thereon, for simultaneously performing cleaning of fluid used in the oil and natural gas industry for completions, workovers, and commissioning of wells while simultaneously pressure testing of two separate groups of pressurized equipment using fluid cleaned by the filtration and testing device. A support structure has a cleaning cycle assembly and a pressure testing cycle assembly connected in parallel to a controller for cleaning fluid and regulating pressure by comparing fluid pressures to preset limits. The controller regulates cleaning of first and second dirty hydraulic fluids and regulates pressure of cleaned hydraulic fluids and secondary fluids for pressure testing of the two different groups of pressurized equipment simultaneously.

AERIAL FLOWABLE MATERIAL DELIVERY TRAILER
20190134440 · 2019-05-09 · ·

A flowable material delivery trailer is equipped to deliver flowable material (e.g. water, inert gas or other fluid, or flowable solid), preferably at a high pressure and a low flow rate, particularly in hazardous situations, for example in firefighting and in washing difficult to access areas or things (e.g. high voltage transmission towers, transformers on high voltage power lines, insulators on high voltage power lines, signs, street lights and other elevated surfaces). The trailer may comprise a plurality of detachable nozzles, which may be operated independently and simultaneously. The trailer is operable by a single operator under a variety of environmental conditions, and is capable of effectively managing flows to conserve flowable material during operation.
