Low pressure polishing method and apparatus
A low pressure, low speed concrete polishing apparatus and method of cleaning and polishing a floor a polishing pad and interchangeable polymer strips. The interchangeable polymer strips are slideably received within the housing of the pad. The polymer strips have an abrasive material embedded therein which collectively work to polish the floor while cleaning the floor during normal speed floor cleaning conditions.
Vehicle wash component with torque reactor
A vehicle wash component for a vehicle wash system including a base portion, a rotatable stem portion in communication with the base portion, and a backing member in communication with the rotatable stem portion, which is configured to rotate about an axis of rotation. The backing member is linearly moveable with respect to the base portion between a first position away from a vehicle treatment area and a second position adjacent a vehicle treatment area. A plurality of media elements are secured to the backing member and configured to engage an exterior surface of a vehicle as the stem portion rotates. The plurality of media elements are constructed of a foam material that is configured to contact an exterior surface of a vehicle. The backing member is configured to linearly reciprocate with respect to the vehicle exterior during the vehicle wash process.
System, apparatus and method for delivering fluid to and from the bottom center of a floor-operation pad on a rotary-motion flooring machine during operation
A system and related apparatus and method for delivering fluid to and from a bottom center of a floor-operation pad on a rotary-motion flooring machine while the pad is rotationally operating on a horizontal underfoot surface, the system comprising a fluid-delivery hub comprising: a plurality of fluid entry openings disposed on an outside circumferential surface thereof; an equal plurality of fluid flow channels commencing at the fluid entry openings, angling downward and inward from the fluid entry openings toward a center of the fluid-delivery hub, and terminating at an equal plurality of fluid exit openings proximate a bottom center of the fluid-delivery hub; and a floor-operation interface at a bottom of the fluid-delivery hub configured to directly or indirectly attach a floor-operation pad thereto, for operating on a floor.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus includes a housing including an upright handle assembly and a base mounted to the upright handle assembly and adapted for movement across a surface to be cleaned. The surface cleaning apparatus is further provided with a fluid delivery system comprising a fluid dispenser configured to dispense fluid to a brushroll and at least one fluid delivery channel forming a portion of a fluid delivery pathway. The fluid delivery channel can extend adjacent to a portion of the suction nozzle assembly. An interference wiper interfaces with a portion of the brushroll to remove excess liquid from the brushroll.
Tool-less spring attachment to c-channel and method of using same
A method and device for attaching and detaching material to a c-channel groove, including attachment and detachment between first and second objects already attached to the groove. The device comprises a coil-shaped element that is resiliently compressible and connected to a desired material. Through biasing, the coil-shaped element is navigable into an aperture of the c-channel groove at a point along the c-channel groove between the ends of the c-channel groove and positionable such that at least a portion of the biased coil-shaped element is in the c-channel groove. Upon restoring the biased coil-shaped element toward a second, larger dimension, it is secured in the c-channel groove and the material connected to the coil-shaped element is attached to the c-channel groove, including between the first object and the second object, if present.
Brush roller magnet assembly
Provided is a brush roller magnet assembly which may be utilized on various types of mechanical devices such as a vacuum cleaner. The brush roller magnet assembly includes a brush roller having a first end, a second end, a cylindrical lateral outer surface and an opening positioned at any point along the cylindrical lateral surface of the brush roller. The opening of the brush roller opening has at least one side surface, a bottom surface, a width, a depth and a borehole positioned at the bottom surface of the opening. A magnet having an opening is positioned within the brush roller opening and a connector is received within the magnet opening to fasten the magnet to the brush roller. The position of the magnet inserted within the brush roller opening is adjustable through various means disclosed herein.
Cleansing brush head
A cleansing brush head for a facial brush is described. The brush head has connector to couple the brush head to a brush body, and radially symmetric ribbons forming ribbons and channels out of silicone or a similar material.
Cleaning roller for cleaning robots
A cleaning roller is mountable to a cleaning robot. The cleaning roller includes a sheath comprising a shell, an outer diameter of the shell tapering from a first end portion of the sheath and a second end portion of the sheath toward a center of the roller. The cleaning roller further includes a core including a central portion interlocked with the sheath to rotationally couple the core to the sheath and inhibit relative translation of the sheath and the core along an axis of rotation. An inner surface of the sheath and an outer surface of the core define an air gap therebetween, the air gap extending from the central portion of the core longitudinally along the axis of rotation toward the first end portion or the second end portion.
In-water boat-washing system
The in-water boat-washing system is an automated system for washing a boat while said boat remains in a body of water. The in-water boat-washing system is configured to receive a boat, and propel said boat through a series of brushes that clean the hull of the boat while said boat remains in a body of water. The series of brushes are further defined with a plurality of bottom brushes, a plurality of left side brushes and a plurality of right side brushes. The in-water boat-washing system includes a plurality of rollers that are configured to rotate in order to propel the boat across the series of brushes. The in-water boat-washing system includes a frame that supports all of the componentry required. A control panel is included and automates all of the series of brushes as well as the plurality of rollers.
Garbage Disposal Cleaning System
A garbage disposal cleaning system includes a garbage disposal that may be fluidly coupled to a drain on a sink. A scrubbing unit is removably positioned within the garbage disposal. The scrubbing unit frictionally engages the garbage disposal. The scrubbing unit contains and releases a detergent. The scrubbing unit cleans the garbage disposal when the garbage disposal is turned on. Thus, the scrubbing unit may reduce an odor relating to bacterial decay in the garbage disposal.
