Floor pump
A floor pump includes a base, a first cylinder, a second cylinder, an air tube, a handle and an air release device. The first cylinder and the air tube unidirectionally communicate with the base. The second cylinder is movably connected within the first cylinder and has a first piston. The air tube is disposed in the second cylinder and has a second piston. The handle is connected to the second cylinder. The air release device is disposed in the handle and includes a switcher and an air release valve assembly configured to be pressed by the switcher to move relative to a through hole of the handle to cause the second cylinder selectively communicates with the outside of the floor pump.

Prosthetic knee joint with incorporated vacuum pump
The invention relates to prosthetic knee joint comprising an upper part, which has an upper connecting means, and a lower part, which is pivotably mounted on the upper part and which has a lower connecting means. A vacuum pump with an inlet and an outlet, said pump being driven by the relative movement of the upper part to the lower part, is associated with the prosthetic knee joint.

Electrical inflator
An electrical inflator has a cylindrical shell, an electrical aeration pump, an illumination assembly, a cell base and a switch assembly. The cylindrical shell has a tube, a front cover and a rear cover. The electrical aeration pump is mounted in the tube near the front cover and has a gas outlet located in the tube. The illumination assembly is mounted in the tube towards the front cover. The cell base is mounted in the tube behind the electrical aeration pump. The cell base has at least one cell. The switch assembly is mounted in the tube and electrically connects to the cell base, the electrical aeration pump and the illumination assembly.
VARIABLE-PRESSURE AIR PUMP
A variable-pressure air pump includes a first cylinder with a first chamber and a second cylinder with a second chamber movably connected with one another. The second chamber fluidly communicable with the outside of the variable-pressure air pump selectively. A discharge device includes a connecting member and a switch movably connected with one another. The connecting member defines at least one discharge hole fluidly connecting with the second chamber. The switch has at least one flow guide portion and at least one blocking portion. The switch is movable between a first position in which the at least one flow guide portion is adjacent and opens to the at least one discharge hole and a second position in which the at least one blocking portion is adjacent to and blocks the at least one discharge hole.

ATTACHMENT FOR DIFFERENT AIR VALVE
An air valve connecting device or attachment includes a mouth engaged in a housing and having a compartment for engaging with either a US or French inflation valve, an actuator slidably engaged in the housing and engageable with the mouth, a tube slidably engaged in the actuator for selectively engaging with the inflation valve, and extendible into the mouth for selectively engaging with the other inflation valve, one or more catches are slidably engaged in the actuator and engageable into the actuator for engaging with the tube and for retaining the tube to the actuator, and a cam member is engageable with the actuator for forcing the actuator to compress the mouth and to grasp the inflation valve to the housing.
FOOT OPERATED DRAIN PUMP
A foot operated pump includes a water and airtight flexible and collapsible wall between a top plate and a base plate and an interior variable volume chamber. A flexible hose is selectively attachable to either an inlet port or an outlet port on the top plate member. The contents (air and/or liquid) within the variable volume chamber are forced out of the outlet port upon forced downward movement of the top plate member towards the base plate member. As the top plate member returns to a normally relaxed state in separated, angled relation to the base plate, the variable volume chamber enlarges and air is sucked through the inlet port to fill the variable volume chamber. An opposite end of the flexible hose attaches to various adapters and fittings for clearing clogged drain lines and other conduits.
BALLOON HOLDER
There is disclosed a balloon holder for holding a balloon having a tail and a tapered self-closing bladder. The balloon holder comprises a main body having a tail locking mechanism, an elongated member protruding from a bottom extremity of the main body, a support element configured to slide over the elongated member and be positioned on the main body, and a position adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position of the support element on the main body. In use, the tail of the balloon is secured to the main body by the tail locking mechanism and the support element is slid over the elongated member and positioned on the main body using the position adjustment mechanism so as to support the balloon in an upright position.
