Connection structure for motor of air compressor
A connection structure for a motor of an air compressor contains: a base, a cylinder, a motor, and a transmission mechanism. The base includes a first positioning orifice and a second positioning orifice. The cylinder includes an air storage seat. A small-diameter gear is inserted through the first positioning orifice to fit on the motor, a bearing housing is accommodated in the first positioning orifice, and the motor includes a magnetic coil. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocately so as to compress air. The magnetic coil includes a first segment and a second segment, and the base includes two symmetrical elongated plates which respectively have two hooks. The base further includes two symmetrical arcuate retainers.
Gas lift compressor system and method for supplying compressed gas to multiple wells
A high pressure gas lift compressor system and method of using the system for supplying compressed gas to multiple wells are provided. The system includes a compressor having multiple compressor cylinders. Each cylinder has its own gas inlet line and dedicated gas outlet line that supplies compressed gas from that cylinder directly to a wellbore to provide artificial gas lift. Each cylinder also has its own control valve upstream of the cylinder to control the suction pressure to the cylinder. A desired gas flow rate to each well may be input, and the control valve is adjusted accordingly to achieve the flow rate. By inputting a flow rate for each separate cylinder, the flow rate to each well may be independently controlled.
INTERNALLY COOLED INLINE DRIVE COMPRESSOR
A hydraulically operated compressor has a fixed piston and a fixed compression or outer cylinder. A drive or intermediate cylinder is located between the piston and outer cylinder. A compression chamber is formed between the drive cylinder and the outer cylinder. Drive fluid is pumped into and released from an interior chamber in the drive cylinder to reciprocate the drive cylinder. The drive fluid also provides cooling to the interior of the compressor.
HYBRID THERMODYNAMIC COMPRESSOR
Hybrid thermodynamic compressor (8) for compressing a working fluid, the compressor comprising a volumetric cylinder (1) and a thermal cylinder (2) connected to one another mechanically by a connecting rod system (5) and pneumatically by a connecting circuit (12) optionally with a valve (4), a reversible electric machine (6), the volumetric cylinder comprising a first piston (81) that separates a first chamber (Ch1) from a second chamber (Ch2), the thermal cylinder comprising a second piston (82) which separates a third chamber (Ch3) from a fourth chamber (Ch4), which can be brought into thermal contact with a heat source (21) to thereby generate a cycled movement in the thermal cylinder, and concerning the connecting rod system (5), the first and second pistons are connected to a rotor (52) by first and second respective connecting rods (91,92), with a predetermined angular offset (θd), the volumetric cylinder being equipped with non-return valves (61,62), the power produced in the thermal cylinder being transmitted to the volumetric cylinder essentially via the connecting circuit and not via the rod system.
METHANE AND EMISSIONS REDUCTION SYSTEM
A system that can eliminate engine combustion emissions in addition to raw and fugitive methane emissions associated with a gas compressor package. The system may comprise an air system for starting and instrumentation air supply; electrically operated engine pre/post-lube pump, compressor pre-lube pump, and cooler louver actuators; compressor distance piece and pressure packing recovery system; blow-down recovery system; engine crankcase vent recovery system; a methane leak detection system; and an overall remote monitoring system.
Flexible supply gas routing for gas compressors
Most multistage compressors specify a maximum inlet pressure that may be supplied to the compressor to stay within designed limits. If the supply gas to be compressed is at a higher pressure than the specified maximum inlet pressure, then its pressure must be reduced before connecting it to the compressor. This pressure reduction is inefficient. The present invention avoids reducing the inlet pressure by routing the supply gas directly to the appropriate compression stage depending on its inlet pressure such that the compressor loads are still within the specified limits of the equipment.
PROCESS FOR INTERNALLY COOLING AN INLINE COMPRESSOR
A process for internally cooling an inline compressor comprises the steps of providing a compression chamber between an outer cylinder and an intermediate cylinder and a drive chamber between the intermediate cylinder and a piston; admitting gas into the compression chamber; pumping drive fluid through the piston into the drive chamber to extend the intermediate cylinder and compress the compression chamber and the gas in the compression chamber; allowing heat from the compressed gas to transfer to the drive fluid; allowing the compressed gas to exit the compression chamber; allowing the withdrawal of the drive fluid from the drive chamber; passing the withdrawn drive fluid through a heat exchanger to cool the drive fluid for reuse in extending the intermediate cylinder.
Gas compressor and system and method for gas compressing
Methods and systems are provided to adaptively control a hydraulic fluid supply to supply a driving fluid for applying a driving force on a piston in a gas compressor, the driving force being cyclically reversed between a first direction and a second direction to cause the piston to reciprocate in strokes. During a first stroke of the piston, a speed of the piston, a temperature of the driving fluid, and a load pressure applied to the piston is monitored. Reversal of the driving force after the first stroke is controlled based on the speed, load pressure, and temperature.

Cooling block for multi-cylinder air compressor
A cooling block for cooling pistons of a multi-cylinder air compressor is disclosed. The cooling block may comprise a body including a first end and a second end on opposing sides of the body. The cooling block may further comprise a first cooling nozzle near the first end, and a second cooling nozzle near the second end. The first cooling nozzle and the second cooling nozzle may each include an orifice through which coolant is sprayed into a crankcase of the multi-cylinder air compressor.
