Piezoelectric motor having a main body structured as a polygonal prism
An air motor is provided for converting electrical energy into kinetic energy, and using the kinetic energy to generate a specified air pressure and a specified airflow rate. The air motor comprises plural air motor units, each of which includes a main body and a piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric actuator is disposed within the main body. When the piezoelectric actuator is enabled, the air within the main body is controlled and driven to flow. The air motor can be used to replace various types of motors, compressors or engines.
Uterine distension fluid management system with peristaltic pumps
A pump cartridge for mounting on a drive rotor includes a roller assembly having first and second hubs maintained in a spaced apart relationship and defining an axis, and a plurality of planetary rollers arranged in a circumferentially spaced orientation about the axis, the rollers mounted to the hubs displacement radially outward. One or more compressible tubing lines are interposed between the rollers and an interior wall of the pump cartridge housing. The housing and the first and second hubs collectively define a passageway through which a spreader on the drive rotor extends and may be rotated relative to the roller assembly to displace the rollers radially outward to thereby compress the tubing lines against the interior wall. A coupling feature on the first hub engages a roller driving feature of the rotor, so that rotation of the rotor causes rotation of the roller assembly about the axis.
Magnetic drive pumping apparatus for electronic cigarette liquids and electronic cigarette product including the magnetic drive pumping apparatus
A magnetic drive pumping apparatus for electronic cigarette liquids and an electronic cigarette product including the magnetic drive pumping apparatus are provided. The magnetic drive pumping apparatus includes a magnetic drive micro-pump including a housing body and a pump body. A pump diaphragm is arranged inside the housing body, and a pump chamber is formed between the housing body and the pump diaphragm. A valve seat and a valve diaphragm are in the pump body. The pump diaphragm, the valve seat and the valve diaphragm jointly define a flow channel of electronic cigarette liquids. The pump diaphragm is fixed with a permanent magnet, and an inner wall of the housing body is fixed with an electromagnet corresponding to the permanent magnet. A liquid storage element includes a liquid tank and an air vent. The inlet of electronic cigarette liquids is connected to the liquid tank for liquids to pass through.
Actuating and sensing module
An actuating and sensing module is disclosed and includes a bottom plate, terminals, a control chip, a partition plate, a gas pressure sensor, a thin gas transportation device and a cover plate. The bottom plate includes terminal grooves, a recess, a gas outlet and a gas relief aperture. The terminals are disposed in the terminal grooves. The control chip is disposed in the recess. The partition plate is stacked on the bottom plate and includes an outlet opening in communication with the gas outlet and a pressure relief orifice corresponding to the gas relief aperture. The thin gas transportation device seals the gas outlet and the pressure relief orifice. The cover plate includes an opening passed through by the thin gas transportation device. The gas is transported to the outlet opening by the thin gas transportation device and sensed by the gas pressure sensor disposed in the outlet opening.
Undulating-membrane fluid circulator
The present invention relates to an undulating-membrane fluid circulator having an intake port (3), a pump housing (4) delimiting a propulsion chamber (5), a discharge port (6), and an undulating membrane (2) paired with a drive means permitting an undulating movement of the membrane (2) between the upstream (8) and downstream (9) edges thereof, the undulating membrane (2) being capable of moving a fluid towards the discharge port (6). According to the invention, the circulator further comprises at least one means (7) for guiding the fluid, said means being disposed in the fluid propulsion chamber (5) near one of the edges (8, 9) of the undulating membrane (2) and making it possible to channel the fluid flow in a direction substantially parallel to the displacement of the wave along the membrane (2).
PUMP CONTAINER
A pump container includes: a container body in which contents are accommodated; a pump unit which is coupled to the top part of the container body and ejects the contents accommodated in the container body; a head part which is coupled to the top side of the pump unit and has a contents-moving hole that causes the contents delivered from the pump unit to move upward; a button part which is coupled to the top side of the head part, operates the pump unit according to a user's press, and has a nozzle formed on one side thereof for ejecting the contents, delivered via the contents-moving hole, to the outside; and a pressure-reducing check valve which is disposed between the pump unit and the contents-moving hole and opens or closes the contents-moving hole according to a press on the button part.
Pump and generator with channels as fluid guides
A pump system for pumping a coolant fluid for cooled radiofrequency ablation treatment includes a housing having a front, a back, a right side, a left side, a top surface, and a bottom surface, and a plurality of peristaltic pump assemblies. The top surface of the housing includes a central channel between at least two of the peristaltic pump assemblies configured to drain fluid away from the front of the housing. A cooled radiofrequency ablation system additionally includes a pump system and a generator having mating surfaces such that the pump system can sit stably on top of the generator.
AIR DETECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING AIR IN A PUMP OF AN INFUSION SYSTEM
Various systems and methods for detecting air in a chamber of an infusion system are disclosed. In one embodiment, a determination is made that air is contained in the chamber on the basis of a change in the average force exerted against the plunger utilizing a derivative spike for event detection and a systematic reduction in the average force to confirm the nature of the change. In another embodiment, a determination is made that the chamber contains air when a difference between the current force profile and a baseline force profile crosses a threshold. In an additional embodiment, a force profile is classified as being an air force profile or a liquid force profile based on extracted features of the force profile.
