MODULAR POWER END

A power end assembly includes a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by one, two, or more sets of stay rods. The power end may include one or more support plates that are coupled to the crankshaft section and/or crosshead section. The crosshead section includes a plurality of individual crosshead frames. The connector section may include a plurality of individual connector plates or may be a unitary connector plate. The power end is configured to be coupled to a fluid end assembly by coupling the fluid end assembly to the connector plates.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO MONITOR, DETECT, AND/OR INTERVENE RELATIVE TO CAVITATION AND PULSATION EVENTS DURING A HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OPERATION

Systems and methods for monitoring, detecting, and/or intervening with respect to cavitation and pulsation events during hydraulic fracturing operations may include a supervisory controller. The supervisory controller may be configured to receive pump signals indicative of one or more of pump discharge pressure, pump suction pressure, pump speed, or pump vibration associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The supervisory controller also may be configured to receive blender signals indicative of one or more of blender flow rate or blender discharge pressure. Based on one or more of these signals, the supervisory controller may be configured to detect a cavitation event and/or a pulsation event. The supervisory controller may be configured to generate a cavitation notification signal indicative of detection of cavitation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump, and/or a pulsation notification signal indicative of detection of pulsation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump.

Systems and methods for monitoring, detecting, and/or intervening with respect to cavitation and pulsation events during hydraulic fracturing operations may include a supervisory controller. The supervisory controller may be configured to receive pump signals indicative of one or more of pump discharge pressure, pump suction pressure, pump speed, or pump vibration associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The supervisory controller also may be configured to receive blender signals indicative of one or more of blender flow rate or blender discharge pressure. The supervisory controller may be configured to generate a cavitation notification signal indicative of detection of cavitation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump, and/or a pulsation notification signal indicative of detection of pulsation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump.

Fluid end

A fluid end comprising a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is releasably attached to a connect plate. Each connect plate is attached to a power source using a plurality of stay rods. Each fluid end section comprises a housing in fluid communication with a pair of intake manifolds and a discharge conduit. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing. A plunger is installed within stuffing box attached to each housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear.

High pressure pump

A high pressure pump comprising a fluid end mechanically coupled to a power end. The power end is modular and comprises a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by a first set of stay rods. The fluid end comprises a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each of the plurality of fluid end sections are attached to the power end using a plurality of second set of stay rods.

Methods and apparatus for utilizing a valve with a pump rotor passage with a downhole production string, the pump rotor being on a rotatable rod with a bobbin moving along the rod between a position for opening the passage to fluid flow, when the bobbin is not seated on a shuttle seat, and a position for closing the passage to fluid flow, when the bobbin is seated on the shuttle seat. The pump rotor and rod are removable through the passage while leaving the pump stator in place upstream of the valve.

The present invention may disclose a turbine fracturing equipment, including a transporter, a turbine engine, a reduction gearbox, a transmission mechanism and a plunger pump, wherein an output end of the turbine engine may be connected to one end of the reduction gearbox, the other end of the reduction gearbox may be connected to the plunger pump through a transmission mechanism; the transporter may be used to support the turbine engine, the reduction gearbox, the transmission mechanism and the plunger pump; the transporter may include a chassis provided with a transport section, a bearing section and a lapping section which may be connected in sequence; while the turbine fracturing equipment may be in a working state, the bearing section can contact with the ground, while the turbine fracturing equipment may be in a transport state, the bearing section may not contact with the ground.

Prime mover and lube oil cooling assembly for fracturing pump transport

A system and a method for cooling a prime mover and lube oil, comprising: a prime mover configured to drive a pump with a motor shaft; a prime mover cooling assembly that encases the prime mover, wherein the prime mover cooling assembly comprises: an air intake and an exhaust ventilator mounted above the prime mover; and a lube oil cooling assembly mounted above the prime mover, wherein the lube oil cooling assembly cools lube oil circulating within the pump and is mounted above the prime mover such that the lube oil cooling assembly does not hang off one or more sides of the prime mover and prime mover cooling assembly.
