The present invention provides a sump pump system, including a sump pump monitor and application. The sump pump system includes a sump pump. Components of the sump pump system are installed in and/or near a sump. The sump collects liquid, such as water, from an inlet pipe. The sump pump is operable to remove water from the sump. The sump pump is fluidly connected to a discharge pipe. The discharge pipe is operable to carry water from the sump pump to a storm sewer or other discharge point.

The system further comprises an information handling system, wherein the ECM and the controller are communicatively coupled to the information handling system, wherein the information handling system is operable to determine a divergence when a load is placed on the engine and a pumping plan for the system.

The temperature-adjustment function unit includes a first terminal capable of connecting or disconnecting the temperature sensor and a second terminal capable of connecting or disconnecting one of the heater and the solenoid controlled valve. A self-diagnosis unit capable of conducting a self-diagnosis of whether an input signal to the first terminal has been normally inputted or whether the signal has been normally outputted from the second terminal.

System to monitor cavitation or pulsation events during a hydraulic fracturing operation

Systems and methods for monitoring, detecting, and/or intervening with respect to cavitation and pulsation events during hydraulic fracturing operations may include a supervisory controller. The supervisory controller may be configured to receive pump signals indicative of one or more of pump discharge pressure, pump suction pressure, pump speed, or pump vibration associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The supervisory controller also may be configured to receive blender signals indicative of one or more of blender flow rate or blender discharge pressure. Based on one or more of these signals, the supervisory controller may be configured to detect a cavitation event and/or a pulsation event. The supervisory controller may be configured to generate a cavitation notification signal indicative of detection of cavitation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump, and/or a pulsation notification signal indicative of detection of pulsation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump.

Flow testing methods and systems

Systems and methods of flow testing different workpieces in an automated testing station are described. Each workpiece comprises a flow path from an inlet to an outlet and the automated testing station comprises first and second sealing heads for injecting gas into the inlets of workpieces and collecting gas from the outlets of workpieces. The method includes performing a flow test by moving the flow test heads toward the workpieces while at the same time priming a flow of gas from the first sealing heads to the second sealing heads, prior to engaging the workpiece.
