FRACTURING PUMP ASSEMBLY
An improved fracturing pump is provided. The pump is reconfigurable on site. Internal components of the pump may be varied to meet the requirements of a specific operation. The reconfiguration gives the user the ability to increase or decrease the horsepower of the pump. A closed loop oil feed system provides constant and reliable lubrication even under heavy loads. The sealing system is enhanced to reduce leaks and thermal stresses. The pump also has an improved frame and chassis to reduce NVH and enhance reliability.
Pump
The pump has a casing accommodating a piston and a driving part. The casing has a first casing member having a driving part retaining portion retaining the driving part, a second casing member fixedly stacked on the first casing member in the reciprocating direction of the piston, and a cylindrical pump chamber peripheral wall member disposed around a head of the piston. The second casing member has an end wall portion extending in a transverse direction substantially perpendicular to the reciprocating direction. A pump chamber, a delivery chamber, and a buffer chamber are defined between the first casing member and the end wall portion of the second casing member. The pump chamber, the delivery chamber, and the buffer chamber are disposed side-by-side in the transverse direction.
Hydraulic unit
A hydraulic unit includes an assembly with a hydrostatic positive displacement pump and an electric motor. The positive displacement pump includes a driving shaft configured to be driven by the electric motor. The hydraulic unit also includes an inert mass on which the assembly is rigidly mounted so as to minimize vibration of the assembly and reduce noise emission from the assembly.
System for the operational and performance efficiency improvement of wireline tractors
The invention discloses systems for improving performance and operational efficiency of wireline tractors. A cooling system improves power capabilities of electrical motors mounted in wheels, which are mounted on a linkage pivotably connected to an arm extended from a tractor tool body, in an in-line arm configuration. The linkage and arm mechanism significantly improve the tractor's ability to traverse wellbore obstructions. The hydraulic system of the tractor ensures adequate wellbore centralization.
AIR STOP SHEET OF PISTON OF CYLINDER
An air stop sheet of a piston of a cylinder, the piston is accommodated in an air compressor, and an air stop sheet is accommodated on a head of the piston. The air stop sheet includes a bending section having a positioning zone and an acting zone and configured to be a boundary line of the acting zone and the positioning zone. The acting zone backing the cylinder turns on relative to the plane of the head at an open angle θ, thus producing an air flowing space. A piston rod extends downward from the head and includes a cavity, an air conduit, a column, and a spring configured to abut against the acting zone of the air stop sheet. The air stop sheet is pushed by the spring to turn on at an open angle θ, and the air conduit and the air channel communicate with atmosphere.
HYDRAULIC FRACTURING PUMPS TO ENHANCE FLOW OF FRACTURING FLUID INTO WELLHEADS AND RELATED METHODS
Systems and methods to enhance the flow of fracturing fluid into a wellhead during a high-pressure fracturing operation may include providing a pump frame and a crankshaft. A plurality of first plungers may be connected to the crankshaft and may reciprocate in a first plane. The hydraulic fracturing pump also may include a plurality of second plungers connected to the crankshaft and positioned to reciprocate in a second plane. The first plane and the second plane may define a non-zero offset angle between the first plane and the second plane. The crankshaft may include a plurality of crankpins, and each of the crankpins may be connected to one of the first plungers and one of the second plungers. The first plungers may pump a first fracturing fluid and the second plungers may pump a second fracturing fluid different from the first fracturing fluid.
DEVICE FOR CANCELING ACOUSTIC NOISE GENERATED BY A PUMP
A device for canceling acoustic noise generated includes, in one example, an inlet channel configured to be fluidly connected to an inlet port of a pump and an outlet channel configured to be fluidly connected to an outlet port of the pump. The device also includes an inlet resonator and an outlet resonator, both having open ends and closed ends. The open ends of the inlet and outlet resonators are fluidly connected to the inlet and outlet channels, respectively. When in operation, the inlet and outlet resonators can cancel noise generated by the operation of the pump.
Support for reciprocating pump
A gearbox is coupled to a power end housing of a reciprocating pump, where the gearbox includes at least one support member having a first end securely affixed to the gearbox, and the at least one support member having a second end securely affixed to an immobile part of the reciprocating pump for supporting the gearbox and resisting movement of the gearbox relative to the reciprocating pump.
Package-type compressor
A package-type compressor includes a body unit, a controller, a casing, a first cooling air inlet, a second cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, a fan duct, a cooling fan, an air cooling type heat exchanger, a machine chamber, and a cooling duct. The cooling duct is provided below the fan duct, the cooling duct causing the cooling air taken in at the second cooling air inlet to flow along the controller toward the suction port of the fan duct. A vertical projection plane of the cooling fan overlaps the machine chamber and the cooling duct.
ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP FOR A WELLBORE
A downhole pumping system includes a downhole pump that includes a motor and is configured to circulate a downhole fluid from a subterranean reservoir to a terranean surface; a production tubing string positioned in the wellbore from the terranean surface to the subterranean reservoir and fluidly coupled to the downhole pump; a wellbore seal positioned in the wellbore and configured to fluidly isolate a first portion of an annulus that is uphole of the downhole pump from a second portion of the annulus in which the downhole pump is positionable; and a pump power cable electrically connected to the motor and to a power source cable in the first portion of the annulus with a power connector, where each of the pump power cable and the power source cable includes a metal jacket that encapsulates the respective cable.
