Pump
A pump includes: a housing in which a pump chamber accommodating an inner rotor and an outer rotor is formed in a pump chamber formation surface, and an O-ring groove is formed around the pump chamber; an O-ring that is placed in the O-ring groove; and a plate that is attached to the pump chamber formation surface and closely contacts the O-ring to close the pump chamber. Inter-hole grooves connecting to an outer edge of the pump chamber formation surface are formed around the O-ring groove.
Electrically driven motor and electrically driven pump
An electrically driven motor includes a motor rotor having a rotor core and a plurality of permanent magnets attached onto an outer circumferential portion of the rotor core. The electrically driven motor also includes a stator having a plurality of slots. In the electrically driven motor, a plurality of projections rotor teeth are disposed at positions of the outer circumferential portion of the rotor core which are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval of distance and which include a magnetic pole center of at least one permanent magnet. The plurality of rotor teeth extend all the way to a location of the teeth of the stator.
ELECTRIC OIL PUMP
An electric oil pump includes a motor including a motor shaft, a pump assembly including a vane pump driven by the motor to suction and discharge oil, and an inverter to drive the motor. The motor includes a rotor, a stator on a side outward from the rotor in a radial direction, and a motor housing containing the rotor and the stator. The motor housing includes a suction port through which the vane pump suctions oil from outside, and a discharge port through which the vane pump discharges oil to outside. The motor housing includes flat surface portions in a portion of an outer periphery thereof. The suction port and the discharge port are located in a first surface of side surfaces which are the flat surface portions of the motor housing and are parallel or substantially parallel to the axial direction.
Metering pump made of plastic
A disposable metering pump is made of plastic for products having solid fractions. The disposable metering pump has two rotors (10) which are coupled to each other by means of gears (11), can be driven in opposite directions, and are supported in a pump housing (5). Each rotor (10) has a rotor shaft, the rotor shaft ends (15) of which are supported in the walls of the pump housing (5). Each rotor (10) has two rotor blade walls (13), which are arranged diametrically opposite on the rotor shaft. One partially cylindrical rotor blade shoe (14) is formed at each of the peripheral ends of the rotor blade walls. The rotor blade shoes (14) lie against the cylindrical inner wall regions of the pump housing (5) in a sliding and sealing manner.
DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR THE PRESSURIZATION OF A FLUID, AND CORRESPONDING USE
An apparatus and a system for application of pressure to a fluid, as well as a corresponding use. The apparatus includes an introduction port for introducing the fluid into the apparatus; a cooling apparatus port and an outlet port; a controllable first valve device having an adjustable first opening pressure value; a second valve device having a second opening pressure value; a controllable third valve device having an adjustable third opening pressure value; the first valve device and the third valve device being automatically controllable for simultaneous application to the fluid of the first predefinable pressure value for output at the outlet port and of the second predefinable pressure value for output at the cooling apparatus port.
Spiral compressor
A spiral compressor may include a stationary first spiral member and an orbiting second spiral member intermeshing with the first spiral member. The spiral compressor may include a pendulum slide mechanism that may have an inner ring and a stationary outer ring connected to the inner ring via a plurality of pendulums. The pendulum slide mechanism may include an eccentric member disposed on a radial inside of the inner ring with respect to a central access of the inner ring. The inner ring on an inner circumferential side may be drivingly connected to the eccentric member and on an outer circumferential side may be rigidly connected to the second spiral member. The second spiral member may transmit an orbiting motion in relation to the first spiral member via the pendulum slide mechanism when the eccentric member is driven.
Multi-stage vacuum booster pump rotor
A rotor for a multi-stage vacuum pump, a multi-stage vacuum pump and a method. The rotor comprises: a plurality of rotary vanes, the plurality of rotary vanes being axially displaced and coaxially aligned; a pair of end shafts, each end shaft extending from opposing axial ends of the plurality of rotary vanes; and an inter-vane shaft extending between adjacent rotary vanes of the plurality of rotary vanes, the inter-vane shaft having a diameter which is greater than that of the end shafts. In this way, the inter-vane shaft provided between each rotary vane may have an increased diameter, which improves the stiffness of the shaft and changes the modal frequency of the rotor. Such a change in the modal frequency is typically sufficient to improve its operation.
FLUID SUPPLY DEVICE FOR A TRANSMISSION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A fluid supply device for a transmission of a motor vehicle. The fluid supply device comprises at least one fluid supply device housing. At least one pump and at least one electric motor are integrated in the fluid supply device housing. The fluid supply device is configured in a modular fashion.
GEAR PUMP
An embodiment of a gear pump arrangement includes a first gear defining a first set of teeth; and a second gear defining a second set of teeth, the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth being in meshed communication such that fluid is pumped in response to rotation of the first gear and the second gear, at least one of the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth having at least one gear tooth passageway through each tooth thereby fluidically connecting opposing faces of the tooth.
Fluid delivery device with a forepump, a main pump, and bypass line with a check valve
A fluid delivery device having a forepump and a main pump fluidically connected to the forepump, wherein the forepump can be driven via a forepump input shaft and the main pump can be driven via a main pump input shaft. According to the invention, the forepump has a forepump drive gear coupled to the forepump input shaft and a forepump delivery gear interacting with the forepump drive gear to deliver the fluid, wherein the forepump and the main pump are drivingly coupled to a common drive shaft, and wherein the forepump delivery gear and the main pump input shaft are connected to one another via a connecting shaft such that the forepump input shaft is coupled directly to the drive shaft and the main pump input shaft is coupled to the drive shaft via the connecting shaft.
