The substrate has an axial length shorter than an axial length of an assembly of the motor part and the pump part and is disposed within an axial range of the assembly.

Mud motor stators and pumps and method of making

A mud motor stator or a pump comprising of a tubular outer portion; a number of lobes extending radially inwardly from the tubular outer portion, at least one of which comprises a skeletal structure and method for producing a mud motor stator or a pump comprising of placing material and bonding the material together in a pattern dictated by the design shape of the stator or pump.

THICK MATTER PUMP AND METHOD FOR CONVEYING THICK MATTER
20220205446 · 2022-06-30 ·

A thick matter pump with a conveying chamber which extends along a closed path from an inlet opening via an outlet opening back to the inlet opening, with the result that the conveying chamber forms a first connecting path and a second connecting path between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. A first piston performs a conveying movement along the first connecting path of the conveying chamber, with the result that, by way of the conveying movement, thick matter is conveyed out of the conveying chamber through the outlet opening, and thick matter is introduced through the inlet opening into the conveying chamber. A shut-off element is arranged in the conveying chamber, which shut-off element, in a first state, shuts off the second connecting path and, in a second state, opens the second connecting path in order to permit a movement of the first piston along the second connecting path. Moreover, the invention relates to a method for conveying thick matter.

OPERABLE IMPLANT

One embodiment of a pump may include an idler gear having a plurality of idler gear teeth extending radially outward, wherein at least one of the idler gear teeth may be formed with an idler gear cavity therein. The pump may include a drive gear having a plurality of drive gear teeth extending radially outward that may be intermeshed with the idler gear teeth during use. The drive gear may be formed with a recess at on axial end thereof, and the axial position of the recess may correspond to the axial position of the idler gear cavity. In one embodiment of a pump, each idler gear tooth may be formed with an identical idler gear cavity at the same relative position on each idler gear tooth.

PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP SYSTEM HAVING REVERSE MODE
20220178368 · 2022-06-09 ·

A progressive cavity pump (PCP) system includes a PCP with a rotor rotatably disposed in a stator, a permanent magnet motor, sucker rod(s), and a control system. The rotor is coupled to one of the sucker rods via a high-torque connection that allows for counter clockwise rotation without loosening the connection between the rotor and sucker rod. The control system operates the system in a production mode by rotating the rotor clockwise. Upon manual input by a user, or automatic triggering when protections settings of the control system call for a shutdown or cleanout or when the control system senses an imminent pump shutdown, the control system operates the system in a reverse mode by rotating the rotor counterclockwise. The reverse mode pumps fluids and suspended solid particles down into the well prior to pump shutdown to inhibit the solids from clogging the pump or preventing the pump from restarting.

PROGRESSING CAVITY DEVICES AND ASSEMBLIES FOR COUPLING MULTIPLE STAGES OF PROGRESSING CAVITY DEVICES

A progressing cavity device includes a stator including a first end, a second end, and an inner surface formed from a metallic material that extends between the first end and the second end, and a rotor rotatably disposed in the stator, the stator including a first end, a second end, and an outer surface formed from a metallic material that extends between the first end and the second end, wherein the outer surface of the rotor contacts the inner surface of the stator, wherein the inner surface of the stator includes a conical taper extending between the first end and the second end, wherein the outer surface of the rotor includes a conical taper extending between the first end and the second end.

FLEXIBLE IMPELLER PUMP FOR FLOWABLE FOOD PRODUCT
20220145881 · 2022-05-12 · ·

A flexible impeller pump designed for use in dispensing a flowable food product. The flexible impeller pump includes a cover, impeller assembly and a pump body that are assembled to create the pump without other separate components. The components can be permanently connected to each other to create a disposable pump or can be disassembled for cleaning and reuse. The impeller assembly includes an impeller shaft and a flexible impeller molded over the impeller shaft to prevent separation. The impeller assembly is received within the pump body and the cover is secured to the pump body. The cover includes a seal that is molded over the pump body to prevent separation of the seal from the cover. The impeller shaft extends through the pump body and is coupled to a drive shaft of an electric motor that is operable to drive the impeller pump.

Food product pump with impeller and star wheel

A pump for pumping a liquid food product, including a star wheel arranged to be driven by an impeller to rotate around an axis that is offset from an axis of rotation of the impeller, an element that extends between a part of the star wheel and the impeller, such that the liquid is pumped when the impeller rotates and thereby drives the star wheel. A channel is formed between the star wheel and an axle on which the star wheel is arranged, such that a part of the product may enter the channel for providing lubrication.
