Scroll compressor having compression chamber oil supplies having stages in which oil supply overlaps and stages in which oil supply does not overlap
A scroll compressor according to the present disclosure includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll forming first and compression chambers with the fixed scroll, first and second compression chamber oil supply holes formed through the orbiting scroll to communicate with the first compression chamber and the second compression chamber, respectively, wherein when a section in which the first compression chamber oil supply hole is opened toward the first compression chamber is a first oil supply section and a section in which the second compression chamber oil supply hole is opened toward the second compression chamber, a non-overlap section between the first oil supply section and the second oil supply section may be longer than an overlap section between the first oil supply section and the second oil supply section, so as to prevent communication between the first and second compression chambers, thereby suppressing leakage between the compression chambers.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include a suction guide between a refrigerant suction pipe and a high/low pressure separation plate, and the suction guide may be fastened to a non-orbiting scroll or inserted into a suction guide protrusion that extends from the non-orbiting scroll. Accordingly, suction refrigerant may be partially suctioned into a compression chamber by the suction guide in advance before moving to the high/low pressure separation plate, so as to be prevented from coming into contact with the high/low pressure separation plate, while the suction refrigerant may also partially flow toward a drive motor without being suctioned directly into the compression chamber, so as to cool the drive motor, whereby efficiency of the compressor may be improved and an operation range of the compressor may be expanded.
MULTIPLE STAGE VACUUM PUMP
A multi-stage vacuum pump comprising a stator defining multiple pumping chambers is discussed. The stator comprises a plurality of transfer channels for providing a fluid passage from an outlet port of one of the plurality of pumping chambers to an inlet port of a subsequent pumping chamber. Some of the transfer channels comprise two side channel sections on opposing sides of the stator. One of the transfer channels comprises a single side channel section on one side of the stator. The vacuum pump further comprises a gas ballast inlet channel arranged on an other side of the stator to the one side of the stator.
SCREW COMPRESSOR HAVING ROTORS MOUNTED ON ONE SIDE
The invention relates to a screw compressor for compressing a medium, having a drive unit (01) which has a drive (06, 07), and having a compressor unit (03) which has two mutually engaging rotors (21, 22) with screw profiles, which are complementary to one another, and a compressor housing (19) having an inlet (24) and an outlet (23). The rotors (21, 22) are coupled to the drive unit via a shaft (10, 14) in each case. The shafts (10, 14) are only mounted on the drive side of the rotors (21, 22). The rotors (21, 22) are mounted only on one side relative to their axial direction and are not mounted on their side which faces axially away from the drive (06, 07).
The invention furthermore relates to a screw compressor arrangement with screw compressors which are fluidically connected in series.
Electric compressor
An electric compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a motor, a fixed scroll, a movable scroll, and a fixed block. The fixed block is fixed to the housing and disposed between the motor and the movable scroll. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor has an introduction passage that is formed through the rotor in an axial direction of the drive shaft. The drive shaft includes a balance weight that is disposed between the fixed block and the motor. The balance weight extends to a position where the balance weight covers at least a part of the introduction passage in a radial direction of the drive shaft in a view in the axial direction of the drive shaft. The balance weight is located away from the rotor by a predetermined distance in the axial direction of the drive shaft.
Compressor with flow path guide that separates a refrigerant flow path from an oil flow path
A compressor may include a casing; an electric motor provided in the casing and that operates a rotational shaft; and a compression device. A flow path guide may be installed between the electric motor and the compression device, and may separate a refrigerant flow path from an oil flow path. The flow path guide may have a first partition wall and a second partition wall which are spaced apart from each other. In addition, the flow path guide may have an oil discharge port formed in at least a section of the flow path guide along a circumferential direction thereof, the oil discharge port allowing a guide space between the first partition wall and the second partition wall to be open toward the inner surface of the casing.
MULTISTAGE COMPRESSOR SYSTEM WITH INTERCOOLER
A multistage compressor system with intercooler can include a sealed housing with first and second compressor stages, where the first compressor stage is for receiving refrigerant from outside of the sealed housing, and the second compressor stage is for receiving refrigerant from within the sealed housing. The compressor system can also include a crank for mechanically driving the first compressor stage and/or the second compressor stage, and a heat exchanger outside of the sealed housing for receiving refrigerant from the first compressor stage and exchanging heat with the refrigerant. The compressor system can further include an oil reservoir contained by the sealed housing, where the oil reservoir includes oil for lubricating the crank, receives the refrigerant from the heat exchanger, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant to cool the oil in the oil reservoir, and where the refrigerant can be supplied to the second compressor stage.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes a casing; an orbiting scroll; a fixed scroll; and a main frame which supports the orbiting scroll. The fixed scroll may include a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed scroll wrap which protrudes from the fixed scroll end plate. The main frame may include a main frame end plate which is provided on the opposite side of the fixed scroll end plate on the basis of the orbiting scroll, and a main frame side plate which protrudes from an outer circumferential portion of the main frame end plate toward the fixed scroll. The fixed scroll end plate, the main frame end plate, and the main frame side plate may form an orbiting space of the orbiting scroll.
Rotary compressor and rotation mechanism
A rotary compressor, comprising: a housing, comprising a lubricant oil storage part for containing lubricating oil; a compression mechanism disposed in the housing; a driving mechanism driving the compression mechanism, the driving mechanism comprising a rotation shaft, through-holes extending along the axial direction of the rotating shaft are disposed inside the rotating shaft, and the rotation shaft is in fluid connection with the lubricating oil storage part via the through-holes; and an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via a pressurized collection channel. Also disclosed is a rotation mechanism, comprising an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via the pressurized collection channel. Accurate and reliable detection of the lubricating oil in a compressor can be done using the pressurized collection channel and the oil level sensor, thus greatly saving cost and improving compressor reliability.
