An external seal jumper wire connects between the seal second electrical connector and the pump electrical connector.
Electric priming pump device
An electric priming pump device detachably couples to a centrifugal water pump on the suction side of the water pump, for priming thereof. The device comprises an enclosure and a base, wherein the enclosure contains a rotary vane peripheral bypass vacuum motor which is pressed against the base to form an air-tight seal. The device generates a vacuum for priming through use of a rotary vane peripheral bypass vacuum motor, which can remove large volumes of air quickly. An opening in the base receives a check valve fitting to protect the motor from water and slows loss of vacuum pressure after use. Additionally, a cone shaped protective cover protects components in the device and provides space for branding or advertisement.

The impeller further includes an axially extending hole that connects the cylinder-shaped recess and the pump chamber and that the drive shaft unit includes an axially extending pin that projects from the lower end of the drive shaft unit, wherein the pin is arranged in the hole.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING A PUMPED FLOW FROM A PUMP AND A FLOWMETER
The invention relates to a method for determining a pumped flow (Q) from a pump by a flowmeter that comprises an internal pressure sensor configured to measure the static liquid pressure (H-in) at the inner surface of the flowmeter, and an external pressure sensor configured to measure the static liquid pressure (H-out) at the outer surface of the flowmeter. The method comprises measuring the static liquid pressure (H-in) at the inner surface, measuring the static liquid pressure (H-out) at the outer surface, determining the Static head (H-stat) of the pump based on the measured static liquid pressure (H-in), the measured static liquid pressure (H-out) and a pressure difference (H-diff) corresponding to the difference in height position between the internal pressure sensor and the external pressure sensor, and determining the pumped Flow (Q) by using the determined Static head (H-stat) of the pump from a predetermined pump specific Q-(H-stat)-relationship.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A hydraulic system includes at least one circulation pump assembly (2) provided with a speed controller (4, 26), at least one hydraulic circuit (A, B) connected to the circulation pump assembly (2) as well as at least one mechanical switch device (86, 88; 120, 122) which is mechanically subjected to pressure by a fluid in the hydraulic circuit (A, B) and which can be moved into at least two different switch positions. The mechanical switch device (86, 88; 120, 122) moves by the circulation pump assembly (2) hydraulic coupling via the fluid. The speed controller is configured to initiate a movement of the switch device (86, 88; 120, 122), by at least one hydraulic force acting upon the switch device (86, 88; 120, 122) and causing a movement of the switch device (86, 88; 120; 122) via the hydraulic circuit, via a speed adaptation of the circulation pump assembly (2).
Methods for controlling pump flow rate based on pump flow rate estimation using pump head and performance curves and pump control systems having the same
Systems and methods for determining a pump flow (Q) of a pump are disclosed. A method for determining a pump flow (Q) of a pump includes calculating an inverse of a polynomial equation defining a DP-Q performance curve of a pump, where the inverse is a Q-DP polynomial equation defining the performance of the pump, receiving a pump head (DP) value from a pump head sensor associated with the pump, computing a pump flow based on the Q-DP polynomial equation, comparing the computed pump flow to a preset target flow rate, and automatically controlling a pump parameter of the pump such that the calculated flow rate becomes the preset target flow rate.
