Turbo fan and air conditioning apparatus

A turbo fan blade front edge has, between a main-plate-side blade front edge and a shroud-side blade front edge, a projecting blade front edge that distances from a blade rear edge (located in a rotation direction A) as it becomes further away from a main plate, which curves to a position away from a rotation center. In a range close to the main plate, a main-plate-side front-edge skirt portion distances from the blade rear edge and inclines away from the rotation center as it becomes closer to the main plate. A main-plate-side blade rear edge, close to the main plate of the blade rear edge, is substantially perpendicular to the main plate and a shroud-side blade rear edge, close to a shroud, is inclined so as to gradually distance away from the blade front edge (behind in the rotation direction A) as it becomes further away from the main plate.

A fan for generating an air current includes a body having an air inlet, and a nozzle connected to the body. The nozzle includes an interior passage for receiving an air flow from the body and an air outlet from which the air flow is emitted from the fan. The interior passage extends about an opening or bore through which air from outside the nozzle is drawn by air emitted from the air outlet. The body includes a duct having an air inlet and an air outlet, an impeller located within the duct for drawing the air flow through the duct, and a motor for driving the impeller. An annular guide member extends about the duct for guiding air from the air inlet of the body to the air inlet of the duct. The guide member defines with the duct an annular noise suppression cavity.

Impeller, fan and electronic device

An impeller with different blades with different lengths for suppressing noise is disclosed. The impeller includes a fan hub and a plurality of blades. The blades are positioned at intervals around the fan hub and arranged in a circular array. The blades extend radially from the fan hub, and two opposite ends of each of the blades are a root portion and a head portion respectively. All root portions of the blades are connected to a peripheral side of the fan hub, and all head portions of the blades are located on a same circle. Every two adjacent blades are different in length in a longitudinal direction from the root portion thereof to the head portion thereof.

Fan set with support for bearing fastening ring assembly and assembly method

The present invention refers to a fan set that has at least one circular support (3) on which a bearing fastening ring (7) can be supported during the process of fastening the closing cover (9) on the bearing already pressed onto the shaft, facilitating the process of assembling the bearing fastening ring (7) and reducing the length of the motor. After the complete fastening of the bearing fastening ring (7), it stops touching the fan, which can rotate freely.
