High speed coolant pump
The invention relates to a fluid pump that has an electric motor with a shaft and an impeller with an outer diameter, that is connected to the shaft for conjoint rotation. A maximum volumetric flow and a maximum pressure difference (dp) can be generated in the fluid pump by the rotating impeller. A characteristic index number (K) for the fluid pump is greater than 350 kW/m.sup.2. The index number (K) corresponds to the product of the maximum volumetric flow and the maximum pressure difference in the fluid pump divided by the square of the outer diameter of the impeller.

This deficiency results in inadequate uniformity of airflow and temperature field distribution, diminished cooking performance, and reduced baking success rate. The body of the centrifugal impeller is irregular inclined fan blade, irregular inclined fan blade is a cross-flow fan blade; wherein round disc plate on the inner side below annular plate of irregular inclined fan blade is formed by outwardly stamping and protruding. The irregular inclined fan blades of the structure are used in the air fryer featuring rear air heating. These blades are positioned within the back heat shield to facilitate the circulation of air within hot air channel of cavity. The air in cold air channel is circulated through the use of stirring fan blades located behind irregular inclined air blades.

An apparatus for manipulating a substance, the apparatus having a blade having: a fin hub associated with a fin formed by a sinusoidal outer edge and an inner surface extending from the sinusoidal edge to a center of the fin, the fin hub being associated with a portion of the sinusoidal outer edge of the fin, such that to cause the fin hub and the fin to rotate simultaneously about a rotational axis that is coaxial with the fin hub; wherein, said substance is simultaneously pulled in via two opposing vortexes that are coaxial with the rotational axis, toward said portion of the sinusoidal outer edge of the fin, and said substance is also simultaneously push out 360 degrees around and away from the rotational axis. The blade is configured to axially intake and radially output a substance, such as air, for rapid, efficient mixing of said substance.

The hub is pivotally installed in the accommodating chamber, the hub and the air inlet are arranged coaxially, and the impeller is arranged in the accommodating chamber and connected with the hub to produce air flow. The cover plate is defined as a first arrangement zone with a plurality of first auxiliary air inlet holes provided. The fan can increase air volume and suppress air leakage.
