Gas turbine engine compressors having optimized stall enhancement feature configurations and methods for the production thereof

Multistage gas turbine engine (GTE) compressors having optimized stall enhancement feature (SEF) configurations are provided, as are methods for the production thereof. The multistage GTE compressor includes a series of axial compressor stages each containing a rotor mounted to a shaft of a gas turbine engine. In one embodiment, the method includes the steps or processes of selecting a plurality of engine speeds distributed across an operational speed range of the gas turbine engine, identifying one or more stall limiting rotors at each of the selected engine speeds, establishing an SEF configuration in which SEFs are integrated into the multistage GTE compressor at selected locations corresponding to the stall limiting rotors, and producing the multistage GTE compressor in accordance with the optimized SEF configuration.

Heating blower and heating device

Provided is a heating blower, comprising an air duct, a motor and a wind wheel arranged in the air duct, and a heating device arranged at a first air outlet of the air duct; the wind wheel is fixed to a rotating shaft of the motor; the heating device comprises a housing, an electric heater, a rotary assembly and an air deflector; the housing is sleeved on the first air outlet, forming an inner chamber, which comprises a first area facing directly to the first air outlet and a second area not facing directly to the first air outlet; the electric heater is arranged in one of the first area and the second area; one end of the air deflector is fixedly arranged on the rotary assembly, and the other end of the air deflector rotates with the rotary assembly between the first area and the second area, separating the first area and the second area, so that the first air outlet is communicated with one of the first area and the second area.

Vacuum pump, and stator component, discharge port, and control means used therein

To provide a vacuum pump suited for removal of a product deposited in a flow path of the vacuum pump, and a stator component, a discharge port, and control means that are used in the vacuum pump. A vacuum pump includes a flow path through which a gas is transferred from an inlet port toward an outlet port and removing means that removes a product deposited on an inner wall surface of the flow path. The removing means has injection holes with one ends opened at the inner wall surface of the flow path and injects the removing gas into the flow path through the injection holes.

Methods and systems for cooling a pressurized fluid with a reduced-pressure fluid

Systems and methods for reducing the pressure of a first pressurized fluid, thereby reducing the temperature of the pressurized fluid, and utilization of the reduced-pressure and temperature fluid to cool a second fluid. Such an approach can enable a reduction in the size and weight of a hydraulic system, utilize waste energy in a system, and/or minimize electrical power requirements of a system, among other benefits.

An analysis device of a vacuum pump discharging gas from a vacuum container in which a process for a target object is performed, comprises: an information generation section configured to generate information on a load on the vacuum pump due to an accumulated substance based on an integrated value of a physical quantity regarding rotary drive of a rotor of the vacuum pump in at least part of a period of the process.

Fan device, fan system, and control methods thereof

A fan device comprises a processor, a fan motor and a light emitting element. The processor comprises an input terminal, a first and a second output terminals. An initial mode of the processor is in one of a rotation speed control mode and a light emission control mode. The input terminal is configured to receive an input instruction, and the input instruction comprises a first characteristic. The fan motor is electrically connected to the first output terminal, and the light emitting element is electrically connected to the second output terminal. When a value of the first characteristic is within a characteristic value range, the processor is switched from the initial mode to the other of the rotation speed control mode and the light emission control mode. When the value of the first characteristic is not within the characteristic value range, the initial mode of the processor is maintained.

Pump management system

A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for managing pumps in an aircraft. Flight information about an operation of the pumps in a pump package in the aircraft is received by a computer system. The flight information is received from the aircraft. A number of times that an abnormal switching occurred for the pumps within a window of consecutive flights is determined by the computer system when the abnormal switching is identified from the flight information. A set of actions is performed by the computer system when the abnormal switching occurred a number of times for the pumps within the window of consecutive flights that exceeds a set of thresholds for the abnormal switching that is considered healthy for the pumps.
