In accordance with the inventive concepts, provided is a wearable device for personal thermal comfort. The device can take the form of a wearable fan comprising a U-shaped housing including a first arm having a central first axis and a second arm having a central second axis connected by an intermediate curved member. The device includes a first fan assembly disposed at a distal end of the first arm, comprising a fan, at least one air inlet, and least one air outlet directed off-axis from the first axis. The device can further include a second fan assembly disposed at a distal end of the second arm, comprising a fan, at least one air inlet, and least one air outlet directed off-axis from the second axis. The device can include a rear plate for cooling and/or heating. The device, in some embodiments, can be structured to be worn around a neck.

A method of treating grey water includes: receiving grey water in a first tank of a grey water treatment system; transferring grey water via at least one transfer conduit between the first tank and a second tank of said treatment system; and controlling a water level in said first tank sufficiently close to an overflow of said first tank to allow floating contaminants to pass over the overflow.

The compressor controller includes a control module, configured to control the compressor via control settings, and a machine learning module, coupled with the control module. The machine learning module is configured to receive a set of supervised data related to the compressor, and to train with the supervised data to produce a Newtonian physics model representing the inputs and outputs of the compressor within the industrial automation environment. The machine learning module is also configured to receive performance data related to the compressor, receive environment data related to the compressor, and to process the performance data and environment data to produce predicted future performance data for the compressor, and to produce control settings for the compressor.

In the blade, the maximum camber position ratio monotonically increases in the direction from the reference blade cross section located between the blade root and the blade end toward the blade end and becomes maximum at the blade end. Thus, fan efficiency of the propeller fan is improved.

The first ring is disposed on the base. The second ring is disposed on the first ring. The first ring is located between the base and the second ring, and the first ring and the second ring together form an accommodating space. The impeller is located in the accommodating space and rotatably disposed on the base. The light-emitting component is located in the first ring or the second ring. One of the first ring and the second ring is made of light-permeable plastic, the other one is made of light-impermeable plastic, and light from the light-emitting component is emitted through the first or second ring.
