Dental dispensing tip
A dental dispensing tip includes a body having a first body end, a second body end, and a fluid passageway extending between the first and second body ends. A brush cup is provided at the second body end and has a brush barrel defined therein. A brush applicator is secured within the brush barrel and includes a plurality of bristles, wherein a first end of the brush applicator is received within the brush barrel and a second end of the brush applicator extends out of the brush barrel. A delivery cannula is in fluid communication with the fluid passageway and has a bent end entering the plurality of bristles at an intermediate location between the first and second ends to deliver the dental solution to the plurality of bristles.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BRUSH SEAL WITH INCLINED BRISTLE
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a brush seal with inclined bristles. In order to be able to manufacture these brush seals in an especially cost-effective manner, at least the following steps are provided: provision of a brush blank with at least one metal thread or wire packing fastened at or in at least one wire core; local, at least partial heating of at least the wire core and/or a subregion of the thread or wire packing adjacent to the wire core, by a current flow through the wire core; bending of the thread or wire packing relative to the wire core for producing of the inclined position of the bristles of the brush seal. The invention further relates to an apparatus for manufacturing brush seals and a brush seal for a turbomachine, in particular for an aircraft engine.

A brush aging apparatus may include: a chamber configured to provide a process space; and inside the process space: a brush including a plurality of protrusions protruding in a direction perpendicular to a circumferential surface of the brush; a stand detachably coupled to the brush and configured to rotate the brush by taking a lengthwise direction of the brush as a rotation axis; an aging bar configured to abrade the plurality of protrusions; a driving member coupled to the aging bar and configured to move the aging bar to make the aging bar contact or be spaced apart from at least any one of the plurality of protrusions of the brush; a nozzle configured to discharge a cleaning solution to an interface where the brush contacts the aging bar; and a sensor spaced apart from the brush and configured to measure parameters of the plurality of protrusions.

A bamboo toothbrush manufacturing method may include an operation of preparing raw materials, which selecting some of the raw materials as materials suitable for manufacturing bamboo toothbrushes on the basis of a vascular bundle ratio on the cross-section of each of the raw materials; a milling operation of processing the selected materials into the shapes of toothbrush bodies; a pretreatment operation of placing the materials, which have been subjected to the milling process, in an environment having a certain temperature range and a certain humidity range for a certain time range; a hot pressing operation of inserting the materials into a press die, and heating and pressing the materials; an operation of sanding and coating the materials; a drilling operation of forming a plurality of holes in a head portion of each of the materials; and an operation of planting toothbrush bristles into the plurality of holes.
