Intensity modifiable intensifier pump
An intensifier pump includes a piston including at least two selectable piston diameters. Additionally, the intensifier pump includes a plunger that in operation interacts with the piston. The plunger includes a plunger diameter that is smaller than each of the at least two selectable piston diameters.
PISTONS FOR USE IN FLUID EXCHANGE DEVICES AND RELATED DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Pistons and related methods may be configured to separate fluids and to at least partially prohibit one fluid from traveling to one side of the piston from another side of the piston. Pressure exchange devices and systems may include such pistons.
FLUID EXCHANGE DEVICES AND RELATED CONTROLS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Devices, systems, and methods for detecting properties of motion of at least one component of fluid exchange devices, such as, for example, a pressure exchange device or system.
FLUID EXCHANGE DEVICES AND RELATED CONTROLS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Devices, systems, and methods for detecting properties of motion of at least one component of fluid exchange devices, such as, for example, a pressure exchange device or system.

Fluid transfer of suction force between drawback apparatuses
A first electrode coolant path is configured to cool a first welding electrode by liquid coolant flowing from a supply path through the first electrode coolant path to a return path. A second electrode coolant path is configured to cool a second welding electrode by liquid coolant flowing from the supply path through the second electrode coolant path to the return path. Three or more valves are configured to stop or reduce liquid coolant flow through the first or second electrode coolant path and configured to stop or reduce liquid coolant backflow from the return path when the first or second welding electrode is at least partially detached. At least one valve is coupled in the first or second electrode coolant path. A drawback apparatus generates a suction force to draw liquid coolant away from a gap formed when the first or second welding electrode is at least partially detached.

CONFIGURABLE FLUID COMPRESSION APPARATUS, CONTROL, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
An apparatus to transfer a fluid from a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet is disclosed herein. An example apparatus includes a first compressor unit and a second compressor unit fluidly coupled between the first and second locations, and a valve coupled between the first and second compressor units, the valve to switch between a first state and a second state, the fluid to flow through the first and second compressor units in a parallel configuration when the valve is in the first state, the fluid to flow through the first and second compressor units in a series configuration when the valve is in the second state.
