Method for Damping a Movably Mounted Attachment Part of a Machine and the Machine
The disclosure relates to a method for damping a movably mounted attachment part of a machine, wherein the attachment part is movable by means of a hydraulic cylinder, wherein the hydraulic cylinder is actuated via a hydraulic pump, comprising: receiving a measured value of a pressure (P) in a load-side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder during a measurement phase, and controlling the hydraulic pump to adjust the pressure in the load-side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to the measured value as a setpoint value during operation of the machine for damping the movably mounted attachment part.
Motor operated accumulator
An accumulator for storing fluid that includes a shell that defines an interior volume of the accumulator. The shell includes at least one port for providing fluid to a fluid system. The accumulator also includes an accumulator shaft disposed in the interior volume and extending at least partially across the interior volume from a first interior surface of the shell along a longitudinal axis of the shell, e.g., a central axis. The accumulator includes a piston-plate disposed in the interior volume such that the piston-plate and a second interior surface of the shell define a chamber in the interior volume. The accumulator further includes a motor disposed in the interior volume. The accumulator is configured such that rotational movement of the motor translates to linear movement of the piston-plate along the accumulator shaft.
NOISE MITIGATING HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE BRAKING SYSTEM
A blow-off metering valve for a hydraulic control unit assembly of a brake system including a valve seat. The valve seat includes a wall that extends about an axis between a first end and a second end. The wall defines a passage that extends axially between the first and second ends for transmitting a fluid through the valve seat. An annular flange extends axially from the second end of the wall toward the first end of the wall and tapers radially inwardly. A blocking member is axially movable toward and away from the annular flange for selectively creating a seal at the passage. A biasing element biases the blocking member toward the annular flange. The annular flange terminates at a distal end that is radially spaced from the wall. The annular flange defines at least one flow channel that extends axially for allowing fluid to bypass the blocking member.
Automatic water handling device of air compressor
An automatic water handling device of an air compressor includes a barrel and a pneumatic cylinder. The barrel has an interior space in which a division board formed with through holes is mounted to define a first chamber in which a desiccant agent is disposed and a second chamber. The barrel has a gas outlet opening connected with a gas accumulation tank. The second chamber has a gas inlet opening to receive compressed air. An electromagnetic valve is in connection with the second chamber and is connected to a timer for activation at predetermined time points by the timer to drive the pneumatic cylinder to open a control valve to drain off water removed from compressed air.
METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ELECTRIC MOTOR, DELIVERY PUMP, MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING A DELIVERY PUMP OF SAID TYPE, COMPUTER PROGRAM, AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A method for operating an electric motor that drives a displacement pump stage to deliver a liquid through a hydraulic system to supply the liquid to at least one consumer. A periodically repeating pressure fluctuation of the liquid that occurs during delivery operation is at least partially compensated by virtue of the rotational speed of the electric motor being manipulated in accordance with the periodically repeating pressure fluctuation.
Sealing high pressure flow devices
Apparatus and method contemplating a high pressure fluid end assembly having a body defining a body bore and defining a recess in the body intersecting the body bore. A closure is joined to the body and forms a sealing surface. A seal is mounted to the body in the recess and configured to extend from the recess beyond the body bore to seal against the sealing surface formed by the closure.

Choke controller, system, and method using adaptive proportional gain to control choke based on pressure setpoint
A controller and related system and method for controlling a choke for choking fluid flow are configured to take into account non-linear behaviors of the choke, to allow more accurate and effective control of the choke. To obtain a desired pressure drop across a choke valve, the controller is configured to monitor the position of a choke actuator coupled to the choke valve and the pressure at the inlet of the choke valve. The controller calculates an adaptive proportional gain coefficient, and optionally adaptive integral and derivative coefficients, based on the choke actuator position, to help mitigate the effects of non-linear behaviors of the choke and, where necessary, based on the inlet pressure, the controller calculates an augmentation correction to address any instability in the choke. The controller then commands the choke actuator accordingly to adjust the flow area through the choke valve.
Sealing high pressure flow devices
A fluid end assembly comprising a housing having multiple conduits formed therein. A tubular sleeve is installed within one of the conduits and is configured to house a plurality of packing seals. A seal is installed within a groove formed in the walls of the housing surrounding the tubular sleeve such that the seal engages an outer surface of the tubular sleeve.
